F5 problem not important for Linkedin, Microsoft,IT department neither the communication

A conclusion, priority for Linkedin. Microsoft is that all programs runs smoothly for the mobile users, introducing new tools that lead to extra income.No problem with that priority, my complaint with the F5 is still not solved.!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you willing to solve this for your members ,you had time enough and could have explained when my problem will be tackled.!!!!!!!!!!

Again the ticket is closed.!!!!!!!!!!



Inform your IT men and women you have still got time to solve it, ask your it department if someone has changed a small thing.

It need to be solved today, you have showed that you can make it operational.

Please look in my database, all the profiles are pending, I have checked several.

When the request is sent and comes in the pending mode, then he should be removed from the database from people you may know.Make a seperate database for all the pending invitations of all your members. so that they can continue with networking.

All these profiles which I have closed today should be dumped in the database and sending a signal when I refresh with F5 that they are not getting uploaded to the database I am using at that moment.

A simple program could help, when you allow that the first 100,000 profiles are visible,

When in the database more then 40 percent of the profiles are not accepted, then automatic should start a fresh database.All the closed profiles should then be dumped and the 60 percent goes to the fresh database.

When it reach a point of let us say 80 percent, then a fresh database should be released.

I go further , no answer or decission from the board of Linkedin and Microsoft .

Imagine, that you are the CEO of Linkedin and confronted with a problem from a member that cannot be solved by the It department. What would you suggest the CEO of such a firm ,how should he motivate his staff and the department that still hasnot found the cause of the problem. I suggest the following that the man or woman who can solve this problem should have the seat of the boardmember that has given him the solution which was mentioned in the first comment and that the responsible man or woman at the board should step down. The man or woman who can solve it shall show you boardmembers another way of solving and that will cost you less then a whole team that now is struggling with the problem,.It is your perception and your startingpoint that lead the team members of the board. A good leader will leave it to the IT department and ask for the solutions that works 100 percent, then trying everything out, while money and time are ticking away.

IT is dealing with the problem and they are making it worse. I started this morning at 5 o'clock. I saw a lot of profiles which I have closed. Only I have logged out several times, IIT can check it., you expect a fresh database.No way Jose I get back a list of members which I have closed three weeks earlier,.It has nothing to do with you members that I am not interested.When I have seen a profile then it is memorised. for a very long time. Don;t put the database back in time I remember it IT department. IT department be honest when a leader has told you to pick a date and then start the database, then your leader has made a mistake. and should apologize to you , the reading members and to the boardmembers for that idea. The problem need to be fixed . Reply at this posting IT department and the one who has made the decission. When you donlt start ro communicate , the paying members, the influencers will draw their conclusion.Even your shareholders and what will the European Comiitee remember when they have a meeting with you
