Right next to Ankara, there is a place where I can escape the crowds of the city and take refuge in the lap of nature: Lake Eymir. Close to ?ankaya but far from the crowd... Emptiness behind and endless peace in front. Surrounded by trees that accompany the rhythm of walks and birdsong echoing in silence. ???? While cormorants and ducks glide softly on the surface of the water, this place is like a hidden paradise...
What I wonder the most in this peaceful atmosphere is how many people living in Ankara really know this place? How many of them took a walk around the lake, how many just passed by, how many looked and didn't stop, stopped and didn't feel? How many of them took a breath here and left themselves in a timeless serenity? ????♀???♂? A beauty waiting to be discovered for those who don't know, an escape for those who do.
But the most special are the moments you walk with your loved one... ?? Moments when you witness the excitement of emotions, the enthusiasm of ideas, the serenity of thoughts, when you feel your passion grow stronger. As the steps are taken in the same rhythm, the walk turns into a harmony. When you sit on a bench by the lake and look into the eyes of your loved one, you realize that this place is not only a wonder of nature, but also a place of shared moments, deep conversations and feelings that grow together. ???? You stand in the beauty of the wavelength movements of the water, touch the water with your hands and talk together.
And the jasmine flowers... ?? I want it to bloom in every corner, I want its scent to mix with the wind and accompany our memories. Let it cool us in every breeze, shake our hearts with every breath. Let the scent of jasmine spread around the lake like our love...
Then on those cool mornings, breakfasts overlooking the lake... ??? Teas that warm our hands, conversations that warm our hearts... The peace you share with your loved one, which is impressive despite the cold... Appreciating a bite of bread, a sip of tea, a look... Getting lost in the moment, looking at the sky and being grateful... Our love with Yasemin is also valuable in this walk at this time of our lives.
In this place where dogs roam freely and peace is integrated with nature, their joy adds a different color. ???? It is impossible to forget the warm peace of those moments, especially when we think of our warm hearts warming up around the hot stove... ??
Lake Eymir is not just a landscape for me, but a time tunnel overflowing with memories. A place that soothes my soul with its serenity, makes me feel love more deeply, a place where I find myself in nature... And every time I come here, I leave a piece of myself... ????
