Owner and Director Nick Diniro offers over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry as a business owner, master plumber, and general contractor of new construction and renovations. Nick is a critical thinker and problem solver, with a focus on customer care. He is able to visually inspect a property and quickly identify concerns, which saves clients time and money.
Nick partnered with Tasha Slater, a local Realtor, more than three years ago, when they established Eyes on Site 4 U. They identified a need within Tasha's clientele base of people who had no one they could trust to watch their homes while away. It has been the perfect marriage between Nick's decades in construction and the requirement for consumers to have a trusted, skilled, and reliable source to watch their homes. Eyes on Site 4 U eliminates the stress and worry for Nick and Tasha’s clients by protecting their single largest investment.
Both Nick and Tasha were born, raised, and educated in Windsor and Essex County.
Tasha enjoyed owning and operating many businesses over the years. It became apparent that her clients often needed other services from their Realtor than just a home to purchase. The one service Tasha found that she couldn't hand over to a trusted partner was someone to watch her clients' homes or properties while they were absent. For many years, Tasha would check on her clients' houses, create logs, and ensure all was well until they returned. That worked well until the demand outweighed the time Tasha could dedicate to this service extension of her business. It was a natural progression for her to partner with Nick. They established Eyes on Site 4 U as a full-service, licensed, insured and bonded Home Watch and renovation company in order to not only service Tasha’s clients, but now the entire community.
Knowing her clients were well cared for throughout the buying and selling process and now throughout their entire home ownership has brought Tasha and her clients great satisfaction. If there has been a flood, fire, or tragic event within the home where repair and remedy are required, Eyes on Site 4 U manages the project
Tasha thoroughly enjoys the marketing, promotion, customer service, and management side of the company. She looks toward a future of happy homeowners, when they are no longer fretful about leaving their homes for weeks or months on end because they know they are in good hands.
