One of the most rewarding aspects of being a residential architect is that my journeys, although directed by me, are authored by my clients. I love this house. Not because it is my aesthetic - but rather the client loves it!!!! Why? Because we knocked their agricultural/industrial aesthetic out of the park (and within their budget). And lastly, yes it's Zero Energy too!!!! - Yeah NOOOOOOO Energy Bills..........

Nice work. I was the construction project manager on two not zero houses 18 years ago. It was an exciting time with a steep learning curve. Very few products were available for ventilation after we got the shell tight so we had to improvise. I love seeing how the market has grown...
