With an eye towards public listing, Livspace strengthens its leadership team: Anuj Srivastava appointed as Chairman & Ramakant Sharma as the next CEO

There is no limit—we are only constrained by our power to dream and to imagine the infinite. And nearly a decade ago, we dared to dream.

It’s been the privilege of a lifetime to found, build, and lead Livspace with RK, my brother and co-founder, for nearly a decade. Fresh from our journeys at Google and Myntra, we set out with a vision to transform the incredibly large yet underserved renovation industry. Our goal was to build trust across a fragmented value chain, create enduring business lines, and pioneer a platform that redefined the future of the home interiors and renovation industry. Together with our incredible team, we imagined this future and had the opportunity to bring it to life every day.

I extend my deepest gratitude to RK, to my team and our shareholders for their trust, partnership, and for sharing this remarkable journey with me. As we set our sights on a public listing, we recognize that this is still just the beginning. The next phase of Livspace’s growth is upon us, and I couldn't be prouder to step into my new role as Chairman while welcoming RK as our next CEO—our best yet :-).?

Looking ahead, our focus remains on driving growth, maximizing value for our shareholders, customers, partners, and ‘Spacers. As Chairman of the Board, I will continue to work with the board members, shareholders, and RK to shape the company's narrative, its organic and inorganic strategy, IPO preparation, and fundraising efforts. Meanwhile, RK, as CEO, will take over the company’s planning, its day to day operations, lead financial management, and oversee our world-class leadership team. Together, we will continue to shape our culture, enhance profitability, and drive shareholder returns.

Reflecting on this journey, I am humbled by what we have built alongside our board, shareholders, leadership team, and thousands of ‘Spacers and partners. Together, we have

• Established the largest, most trusted brand and fastest-growing interiors and renovation platform across India and SEA, building the region’s first and only unicorn in our industry.
• Secured backing from best-in-class global investors: KKR, TPG Growth, Goldman Sachs, Bessemer, INGKA Group, Jungle, Venturi, Helion, UC RNT, St. Gobain, ASG, Peugeot Invest, Trifecta, and more.
• Pioneered the industry’s first design-to-manufacturing cloud platform, digital supply chain, and design experience centers, serving tens of thousands of homeowners and empowering thousands of home improvement professionals and supply partners across 100+ cities.
• Strengthened our balance sheet with over $100 million in the bank, positioning us for aggressive growth and expansion into new verticals, including private labels. Additionally, Qanvast, SEA’s largest online home improvement platform, is now fully integrated into Livspace.
• Built an exceptional leadership team, a top employer brand, and an outstanding culture, setting industry benchmarks for talent and retention.

Now, we’re even more inspired to take what we have created and continue to compound, building on our foundation to unlock new opportunities. With India being the fastest-growing large economy in the world, driven by strong consumer demand and a booming real estate sector, we are excited about the future and the immense potential that lies ahead.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our employees, families, board, shareholders, customers, and partners for this incredible journey and the opportunity for RK and me to serve in our new roles.
