Use an anti-glare screen

Most mid-range and high-end smartphones are equipped with anti-glare screens. However, if your phone is not yet supported, then go for it. The price is not too expensive but it will bring a strong difference to your eyes when reducing the amount of green light to see

In addition, you can install applications such as Bluelight Filter For Eye Care on Android or turn on Night Shiff mode on iOS to limit the amount of light blue when used in the evening.

Blink continuously

Health professionals generally recommend that people blink continuously when using the phone. Staring at the screen makes the eyes prone to dryness and fatigue, so blinking eyes will help minimize the negative effects of screen radiation. You can also wash your face with clean water to provide moisture to your eyes.

Apply the 20/20/20 rule

Human eyes are not created only to look constantly and attentive to a certain distance that must change frequently at close range. That's why you look at something close to an hour or two, even if it's just reading a book that also causes your eyes to handle a lot and get tired.

Rule 20/20/20 means that every 20 minutes you should look at something at least 20 feet away within 20 seconds. If you want to be more productive, after using the phone for 40-50 minutes, take your eyes off the screen for 10-15 minutes to give your eyes time to relax.
