Today's newsletter was not written by me, but by a reader,?Paco Rocha, and it is really worth this story.
I don't know if you remember the movie "The day after tomorrow" that apocalyptic movie in which everything freezes and a new glaciation appears.... in several moments of that movie is presented as the "most dangerous moment" but apparently the "most peaceful" the moment in which the so-called "eye of the hurricane" happens.
Well, this morning, taking my coffee, my wife told me.... honey, we are in the "eye of the hurricane". We come from two months of absolutely frenetic pace at work with almost no rest, attending to a lot of projects that, curiously enough, have all been put on "stand-by" and we know that when they start up again it will be again an absolutely crazy pace... that is why this moment of apparent calm is the one we must take advantage of to regain strength, rest, because we cannot move forward because it would be anticipating events or putting at risk the development of some ideas.
Just like the protagonist of the movie who takes advantage of the eye of the hurricane to stay warm in a restaurant kitchen with the fires burning. Because we will have to go out there again and we will need all the energy we can get.
Take advantage of the eyes of your hurricanes. Give yourself a moment of rest.
