Extreme Competition !GRRRR

There are obviously some extreme exaggerations here by the onlookers! Santana doesn't appear to be a natural left hander even though he is using the stick in his left hand. It is impossible to steer efficiently with the right hand off of the horse's neck while sticking left handed. He is seriously off-balance in the heat of the incident and unable to steer effectively while at full gait. There is little room for "intent". The biggest test here will be the expertise/experience of the commissioners on the hearing-panel.
