Afternoon all, now this sounds very sensible. Very wise post most scopes that have proved not to have the desired outcomes. Sure low study, low level of evidence but 3/12 post surgery ESWT employed and confirmed osteochondral lesions of talus after arthroscopy results in good clinical outcomes.

5 年This is very interesting but just from reading the abstract it seems very very unscientific. I urge caution before subjecting your patients to this treatment purely based on this study. I would be interested to read the whole paper. Wasn’t able to access it in the usual channels.
