Design concept

Scope of application
Combined with bone pin, it can be used to treat distal radius fractures, including B and C fractures in AO classification, and III, IV, VII and VIII fractures in Frykman classification. These types of fractures are accompanied by simple periarticular bone fragments or intra-articular fracture displacement.

Postoperative functional exercise
On the second day after operation, the wrist joint can be moved, but it can't hold the weight or push and pull hard. Generally, after 2-3 weeks, the distal ball joint can be relaxed, and the wrist joint can be flexed under the guidance of the doctor. The range of motion is from small to large, generally three times a day, 10 minutes each time. The wrist joint rotation is not allowed (when the ulnar and radial joints are not damaged, the forearm can rotate After the activity, lock the ball joint.
Remove the external fixator
Generally about 6 weeks, in line with the clinical fracture healing standards and X-ray examination confirmed that the fracture healing can be removed. For the sake of safety, the bone needle can be kept for observation for one week.
Assembly
The main body of the scaffold is made of PEEK with light weight and low development. It is equipped with Φ 2.5 and Φ 3.5 bone needles. It can be adjusted in three-dimensional and multi angle, easy to operate and flexible in adjustment, which is conducive to the rapid assembly of stable stent.
