Extended Stay Hotel Planned for Southside

Developers are planning a new extended-stay hotel in Jacksonville, Florida.?The Everhome Suites, by Choice Hotels, is planned for construction on the cities’ Southside.?Developer Rimrock Development LLC applied for an $8.5 million permit, which is not yet active.?The permit is for construction of a four-story, 57,971-square-foot hotel with 114 guest rooms at 1486 Solera Terrace. Construction will also include the lobby and laundry rooms.
