Express- MANN :)

Lets talk about " THE TRAIN OF THOUGHTS" which runs everyday in our mind along with one hanging "CHAIN OF SUPRESSION" for pulling anytime needed.

I often meet people and listen to them carefully when they talk about their life experiences or their behaviour (both inbuild and acquired), their reaction to certain situation in their routine lifestyle or interaction with their loved ones and also not so loved ones, who have to face tough times in communicating their point of view with their peers, colleague, friends or family because of some fear or anxiety built inside which further never lets it come out or if they can it is not so acceptable socially and most of the times it is just piling up like papers kept one upon another.

at times such people find someone with their ears wide open for listening their stories and at times that too becomes difficult with fear of being judged by other person. the train of thoughts is running up and down in all direction but without the COMPASS which helps in channelizing further route. Hence, they carry this congestion of confusion and frustration all along with them which further leads them to pull this CHAIN OF SUPRESSION in the form of silence (both physical and emotional) so as to RE-ROUTE their way ahead (but again without the COMPASS). Either they never got any chance to speak or they could not speak even if they wanted because of some other reasons and the silence continued ...

Talking with them rather making them talk about such experiences during their history taking helps me understanding how much more better they would have been only if they would have expressed themselves in someway sometime? How much less they would have suffered from their problems if they would had any way to just let it out?

Hence, it is important to understand ways of expressing yourself and communicate exactly the way you want to. Because for keeping your thoughts in your mind and playing them in 3x faster speed and not expressing it would not bring you any interest per annum.

You can continue to sit in the TRAIN OF THOUGHTS but do not forget to EXPRESS YOUR MANN :)
