On the front page of The Sunday Independent dated 22nd November, 2020 - in an article by Shane Ross, three Buddha like figures are depicted, covering their ears, eyes and mouth. Also shown are nine photographs of public figures, whom Ross [rightly] states are silent on judicial independence and appointments. A more public flogging of the great and the could not have been imagined - and to my knowledge has never happened in Ireland before. If Ross is not absolutely correct about everything he says, then both he and The Sunday Independent will be bankrupted with liable settlements.
Obviously, Ross is referring to the appointment of Seamus Wolfe to the high court - however to be absolutely fair he should have included a similar figure, with his own face superimposed on it. This figure would be giving a two handed thumbs up, thus depicting that while he ‘tongue in check’ whines about judicial secrecy - he really believes in it. [See below, his silence on Judge Peter Kelly] I believe that Ross is taking this opportunity to promote his book. In an otherwise, no holds barred article he castigates the entire legal profession, and in particular, to pick the three most noted - Michael McDowell, Charlie Flanagan and Ivana Bacik - and rubbishes their legal reputations.
How can these three champions of Juris Prudence ever hold up their heads again - if they don’t sue him, or at least reply in kind? Ross declares, that in the Judicial Arena they have taken an “Oath of Omerta”. He also claims that all the usual Dail mouthpieces have gone quiet on judicial appointments and “at least three judges are sucking up humiliation”. No doubt he’s aware of the saying, ‘people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones’. On the face of it, it seems that this article was written by a driven man of integrity who wants to reform the judiciary. However, in doing so he quotes the word of retired senior judge Peter Kelly - speaking - in 2012, said: “there should be an independent body to appoint judges, and maintained that appointments to the Supreme Court were purely political”.
Ross is very well aware that in 2010 I told Judge Kelly to his face, at a legal conference in the ‘hall or surgeons’ called to discuss changes to the defamation laws - that ITGWU at Belfast Docks had been turned into an employers union, and persecuted and sacked its own members for the employers. Foolishly, I expected Judge Kelly to be at the very least, interested, especially when I informed him that the union and employers had set up a private court system for sacking Dockers - for so-called infringements of the rules. [these were never written down] However, the ex union chairman who sold out and joined the employers as Labour Controller, and several years later made up a set of rules which he said the Dockers had agreed to. The most disgusting of them was: that a Docker could be sacked for refusing work - which included - refusing to discharge Asbestos without protection. However, when he was still Union Chairman, he made this scandalous statement: “How can Asbestos kill you, it’s only dust”.
Returning to Judge Kelly: the only reaction from him was to ask “did I have a question for the panel?”. Dumbfounded at Judge Kelly’s ignoring of the truth, I replied that I did - and directed it at Geraldine Kennedy, who was on the panel. [She was then editor of Irish Times.] I asked her “why she nor Irish Times would report on, or print the truth about Belfast Docks? Shocked, she sat with her mouth hanging open. Foolishly, I let her off the hook by relating - that two days earlier, at a conference for whistle-blowers held by Transparency International in Buswells Hotel, that Fintan O’Toole… who chaired the conference had refused to answer the same question. To my astonishment - and that of the assembled barristers and lawyers, she found her voice and said: “I cannot answer your question until I’ve spoken to Fintan O’Toole”. This evasion, and that of Judge Kelly, plus full facts of the Irish Governments cover up are in my book ‘The Judas Goats' Incidentally, the Irish Rep of Transparency International, John Davitt refused to allow me to speak at their conference for whistle-blowers. [See book]
Geraldine Kennedy, this staunch defender of Press Freedom and the truth on Irish Times - is now lecturing on Journalism in Academia. While she and O’Toole keep up his censorship about the Belfast Docks. Why does Ross not expose this dereliction of duty by these “champions of free speech” and also Judge Kelly. To be fair to the Judge Kelly, at the conference he did allow me five minutes to relate the and illegal actions of the union and the employers. I was fully aware of the enormity of what I was saying, and to whom I was saying it and believed that Judge Kelly would question me on the validity of my accusations. I.e. how could the trade union, under the leadership of James Connolly, which occupied the GPO during the Easter Rising - and fought to free Ireland from British Rule, be taken over at Belfast Docks by the employers. Fully expecting this question I was holding the proof in my hands. This was in the form of summons letters from the Union and Employers Court which contained the banner heading: THE BELFAST AND NORTHEN IRELAND FEDERATION OF EMPLOYERS AND IRISH TRANSPORT AND GENERAL WORKERS UNION JONT DISIPLANARY COMMITTEE.
Getting back to the ‘glass houses’. Some years ago, when Ross was a senator, he ranted about “SIPTU’s Slush fund” Whereby union officials in Dublin were diverting money from a training scheme for workers, into secret SIPTU accounts. These were opened and controlled by SIPTU officials, and designed to take themselves and employers reps on drinking sprees. These included to St Patrick’s day in New York, and many other Junkets. I often wonder why Shane Ross went silent on this trade union abomination, especially after he was elected to the Oireachtas.
What persuaded him to go silent on this issue? In my book I expose other champions of Democracy who go silent on this issue, including the so-called workers champion Pat Rabbitte. As stated in my book, had he used the information I gave him he could have changed workers rights for the better. See his letters. Another public figure whose ‘very small’ fall from grace is Miriam O’Callaghan. That this champion of the underdog and exposer of wrongdoing, made a ‘mistake’, while others pay with their careers is laughable. Don’t get me wrong, social distancing and not wearing a mask, etc - is a serious matter, but when compared to what lesser mortals have to contend with, i.e. no loved ones, no funerals and no last goodbyes, ‘she got away on a coach’. However, some years ago, when I complained to her about the behaviour of ITGWU officials at Belfast Docks and the subsequent cover up by SIPTU she told me unbelievably, on Twitter, on my old account @sackedbymyunion to take the case to UTV or BBC.
The mind boggles. She is a leading light in RTE… the state broadcaster - why did she not insist that RTE expose this scandal? Do the Irish People who pay their TV licence every year not deserve an unreserved apology for this? And to add insult to injury, this happened in the same week that she received an award from University of Ulster for Investigative Reporting. Again the mind boggles. At the very least she should be made give back this award. I attended one of O’Callaghan’s information nights she used to hold in Dublin, and asked her why she wouldn’t expose the cover up by SIPTU. She waffled a bit, then said, I have a lot to get through, but I’ll speak to you at the end of the night. However, at the end her American P.A wouldn’t let me near her and stood blocking my way. As I attempted to pass her she stood nose to nose with me and refused to allow me access to O’Callaghan. The audience clearly saw this. I would’ve had to push her away to get past, which I refused to do. I shouted to Miriam, “now I see what your word is worth” and left.
The controversy over the Golfgate affair and the dim view Chief Justice Frank Clarke took of the matter, according to retired Judge Susan Denham, was no-more a hanging offence than Clarke’s own - over the top reaction. Obviously Judge Woulfe’s appointment was a political one which was rubber stamped by the new minister for justice, Helen McEntee. By refusing to admit it - she did in fact admit it. By rejecting much better ‘serving qualified judges’ and stating that leo Varadkar told her ‘Seamus Woulfe would make a good judge’ She confirmed to the general public, that the back scratching ‘Old Boys’ still rule Ireland. While this exposes the cronyism and the ‘them’ and us divide, there must be a lot more to the issue than is available to the public. Obviously, seeing Judge Clarke ‘went public’ and printed the correspondence, the judges themselves are fed up with the manipulation of the Judiciary by politicians.

I refer specifically to he case of Judge McCurtin, against whom, fifteen ;years ago impeachment proceedings were to be implemented. However, what’s not reported by the silent media, is the legal skullduggery which took place at that time. He, McCurtin left a computer in to be repaired and found upon it were many instances of child pornography. The police were informed and the Judge immediately suspended and a warrant issued for his arrest. However, [for some unknown reason] - the warrant was not served by the police until it was out of date - so no action was taken against the Judge. As if this wasn’t bad enough - and this is where more unbelievable skullduggery takes place. The Judges computer containing the child pornography which is now in the possession of the police - for [legal reasons] can not be opened - or the Judge charged with possessing child pornography - because his computer was NO LONGER IN HIS POSSESSION. So the Judge sails off into the sunset - but not before he resigns, thus saving face for the legal people who deemed him fit to be a Judge in the first place.
This case alone should have had Shane Ross foaming at the mouth and up in arms and demanding - that all judicial appointment are made with the oversight of the Dail - thus negating cronyism and not with a ‘thumbs up, nod nod wink wink’. A fair minded person may put the above circumstances, down to a series of lucky blunders for Judge McCurtin - which stopped dead the judge being prosecuted, standing trial and received a prison sentence? This case raises an important point which a solicitor could exploit. Where is the difference between Joe Soap having child porn on his computer, and it not be ‘in his possession because the police have it’ and a judge? - Why is Ross not demanding that action is taken to close this loophole. An interesting question? Is this computer still in the hands of the police? Surely if Ross had been serious about Judicial Reform, he would have been airing this case at every opportunity, and his Judicial Reform Bill would have been passed with him getting all sorts of kudos. Faced with the proof of legal skullduggery which of the legal eagles he mentioned would have opposed him?
Regarding SIPTU, why… ten years ago did Shane Ross, nor Frank Clarke or any of the multitude of Lawyers at the Defamation conference not demand - the resignation of Judge Peter Kelly - for covering up the Belfast Docks scandal. Instead of bringing the entire Irish Judiciary into disrepute. it would have been lauded the world over. The assembled upper echelons of the Bar and Law Society were present and all witnessed the cover up as it took place. Further details, including typos - and proof of the cover up are in my book, ‘The Judas Goats’, two chapters of which I Include below. This legal conference had another ‘first’ which was the public cover up of corruption by the Irish Print and TV Media - who were present in their droves. Obviously this was led by the editor of Irish Times. For the assembled legal eagles and media to have ignored what I said, was blatant example of censorship and of the power of silence from the Wealthy, in Ireland. To prove what I say about the press I include here a newspaper cutting from the Sunday World.
The wealthy employers who control the unions are fully aware of the Belfast Docks scandal and will not allow it to become public knowledge. This shows the duplicity and corruption of the stalwart of FLAC, and so-called champion of Human Rights in Ireland one Michael Farrell, a solicitor. The cutting, is by journalist John Cassidy, is dated January 14th 2007. In the article, ex Belfast Docker Arthur Rafferty states, that, after a meeting with with a lawyer for Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission - “I am delighted that the Human Rights Commission is going to help me get Justice”. Rafferty castigates his Union, SIPTU for the deplorable treatment he and other Dockers received, after they contracted Asbestosis. He further adds that with the help of the [NI] Human Rights commission, he will now be able to sue his union for sentencing him and his fellow workers to a slow death. The fact that Rafferty and the other Dockers never got to sue their union, is, because of the cover up by Michael Farrell, who sat on the Irish Human Rights Commission, [as it was then] They have since added an ‘E’ for Equally.
Farrell was also instrumental in getting them to stop dead any action against the union by myself. [See his lying letters in the book] And in the file DOCOO4. Proof of Farrell’s, and the Irish Human Rights double think is also reported. I cite their ruling in my own case. DATED 28 NOVEMBER 2007. This was given just ten months after the Belfast human rights took up Rafferty’s case. A more blatant example of sycophantic toadying from the Irish Human Rights Commission will never be found. The ridiculous reasons they gave for refusing my application for an inquiry - and for financial help to sue the union, were - and are utter nonsense. By their given reasons they are prostituting themselves to wealthy employers, i.e. the ‘old boys ’of the offices of the Human Rights in Ireland. This is proven by the Sunday World article. Their non-action on the Human Rights of Belfast Dockers shows that this organization covers up for vested interests. This so-called Human Rights body could find nothing wrong with a trade union ordering its members to discharge Asbestos without protection, to save the employers money, or be sacked.
The reasons why Farrell coerced and acted as he did, needs to be investigated, urgently, and that he be removed from his multiple human rights positions. Personally, I believe that Farrell, who is originally from Belfast, is friends with Norman Shannon, a Belfast Human Rights Lawyer - and - this is where the corruption originated and stems from. I say this because Norman Shannon sat on my case against the Union and Belfast Employers for over seven years, until it became Statute Barred. The absolute proof of this in my book and begs the question, why has Shannon nor Farrell sued me for liable and slander. For years I have put this on the web but their friends in the media and law cover it up and keep it out of mainstream media. I will respectfully suggest, that instead of throwing flowers at themselves and claiming that everyone is equal under the law - the Irish Human Rights and Equally Commission, take the blinkers off and actually expose wrongdoing - when and from wherever it takes place. Doing this will give the Irish People real confidence - that they are being treated Equally, by a body that is supposed to treat everyone Equally - and not on the basis of the grandiose web of lies and deceit that Michael Farrell, weaves. His lying letters can be seen in my book.
How Farrell got the IHRC to ignore the letter from Belfast solicitor John O’Neill - to Jack O’Connor - unequivocally stating - that the Union at Belfast Docks “did conspire with the employers, to sack its own members”, shows just how much power this corrupt solicitor wields. Jack O’Connor had engaged his solicitor [O’Neill] to “Sue the arse off me” after I accused him, at a three large public meetings of being “corrupt and of covering up corruption”. The input of IHRC [with or without the ‘E’] would obviously have been required to pursue a case in the Republic. However, in Belfast, Rafferty and several other Dockers received substantial settlements because they contracted Asbestosis. The involvement of the Union has never been disclosed.
Shane Ross, is well aware of this cover up - and also aware of the cover up by the legal profession and media in Ireland. No doubt as a fine upstanding gentleman who believes in the rule of law, he will again take to the front page of the Sunday Independent to castigate and expose the censors of the Truth. The back two rows of the legal conference, which Judge Peter Kelly chaired, plus the assembled lawyers, reporters and TV cameramen present - all covered up. This is in my book. For instantaneous proof of all I maintain about the joint practices of the union and Belfast employers, can be viewed on linkedin and the information website www.siptupresidentjackoconnorexposed.com In ‘The Judas Goats’ I name the people who orchestrate the cover ups as, the AMID and the ATL’s - I.e. the Arts Mafia In Dublin, and the Above The Law’s.

CHAPTER NINE
An interesting example of Fintan O’Toole’s cherry-picking is: ten years ago he chaired a conference for the launching of an information book by Transparency International, in Buswells Hotel. The book gave names, addresses and contact phone numbers where whistle-blowers could register their complaints. After a few whistle-blowers contributed, I was allowed to speak and launched into the cover up by SIPTU, of the corruption at Belfast Docks, and the sell out by the Union Chairman, Jim Austin. O’Toole quickly interrupted, telling me “you cannot name names” and calling for the next speaker.nbsp;I persisted and got support from many people including several who declared they were ex Dublin Dockers.nbsp;A shouting match ensued as they demanded that I be allowed to speak.nbsp; This was calmed, by the intervention of Transparency International Director, John Devitt.nbsp; He said: that “What I had to say was most interesting but this was not the place to discuss it, and that he would have a coffee with me later and discuss it”.nbsp;Again I persisted and asked - where better a place to discuss Trade Union joining with employers and sacking its own members, than at a whistle-blowers conference?nbsp;Devitt replied: “We are pushed for time” but that he would speak to me afterwards and take notes about my case.Later, I complained about this to Transparency International office in London but was ignored. During the conference Devitt continuously appealed to speakers to moderate their language as the event was been recorded and would be posted on their website.nbsp; However, not posted was my questioning of O’Toole and himself.nbsp; Some transparency!nbsp;Only in Ireland could we have this upside down farce - whereby a supposed whistle-blowers champion is in the pay of the wealthy - and at a whistle-blowers conference actually silenced a whistle-blower.As usual in Ireland the Truth comes second place to vested interests - and obviously John Devitt has been corrupted by the AMID and the ATL’s. The people who suffer from these impositions need to take control of their own protests instead of being led by the nose by the likes of Devitt, Geraldine Kennedy, O’Toole, the Irish Times, Sunday Times and the so-called “Free Press. That they have a Right Wing agenda is beyond doubt. This is instigated and propelled by self preservation which translates into the frantic desire to silence anything the AMID and the ATL’s do not agree with, and could possibly threaten their privileged position in Ireland.nbsp;Because of my intervention and refusal to be silent, dissent was stirring among the whistle blowers, they began to see that their situations were being used for ulterior motives by the elite of the left. Fintan O’Toole, sat silent, allowing criticism to wash over him - then he delivered his well-planned master-stroke. This - got the ex Dublin Dockers and other dissenters back on board - and supporting the Irish Times led protests in a big way.nbsp; With a flourish O’Toole introduced an Army officer who had to resign his commission because he reported and objected to sexist wrong-doing in the armed forces. Everyone in the room applauded the ex officer who now was jobless and faced a bleak future. Then, grinning like a Cheshire Cat, O’Toole revealed that the Irish Times had stepped into the breech and saved the day, by appointing the officer as Chief Security Officer at Irish Times. This led to more loud applause and much congratulations for O’Toole. He almost floated to the ceiling on the upsurge of adulation. This orchestration is what defines O’Toole and the puppet media whonbsp;‘run with the hare while hunt with the hounds’.nbsp; After the conference John Devitt could not be found. This shocking indictment of his supposed Leftist Principles, shows that Devitt, holding the position he does with Transparency International, has joined with the AMID and the ATL’s in covering up for the not so idle rich. This makes his position untenable and he should be removed as soon as possible.O’Toole, the Irish Times and all media, including RTE have consistently refused to report - that, 50 years ago, ITGWU, now SIPTU, joined forces with Belfast Employers at the docks and formed a “Joint disciplinary Committee” for persecuting Dockers, their own members. I was sacked because I refused to discharge Asbestos without protection. See proof of the JDC and their decision to sack me on the web site. This is what the free press and media cover up - yet In the background the wealthy AMID and the ATL’s retire to their mansions in the sun and plot new ways of avoiding paying tax.nbsp;True to their beliefs the right wing middle class, in what was once Larkin’s Union - who normally wouldn’t be in a Union, and shouldn’t be in a Union, have taken over the Union. John Devitt has more faces that the Town Clock. Unlike the Union Chairman and committee at Belfast Docks, they were blatant about changing sides. They did their utmost to support the wealthy - who kept the working class down and in their place. This contradiction is what keeps the Right in power. They are united in their quest to acquire money and property - while Leftist Parties are dis-united and squabble over what amount to points of Marxist Theory. If they don’t get their act together and do as I suggest, in the future there will only be the Rich - and massive hordes of Robots working 24 hours a day seven days a week, while the uneducated poor exist in squalor. In her recently published and excellent book, WHISTLEBLOWING TOWARD A NEW THEORY author Kate Kenny acknowledged Devitt as one of her sources for meeting whistle blowers. He must have forgotten about me. In her book she Kate Kenny also credits Shane Ross {an upper class} TD, now a minister, but then a Senator, for bringing attention to a whistle-blower, who was being snubbed.nbsp;Ross raised the matter in the Irish Senate, and got much needed publicity for the case. It was even reported in the Irish Times. However, either Kate Kenny’s sources were being economical with the truth or maybe they just forgot, ‘again’ about another fascinating and very interesting story regarding Shane Ross.nbsp; This also took place in the Senate and was worthy of inclusion in Kate Kenny’s book. What transpired, was: Shane Ross, filled with righteous indignation trumpeted on the floor of the Senate, that millions of Euro were being siphoned off from training schemes for the unskilled, into secret SIPTU bank accounts, and he labelled this conspiracy A SLUSH FUND.nbsp;Obviously, the Union leaders denied any knowledge of these bank accounts. This brought media attention to the subject, but when the named holders of the SIPTU accounts refused to attend the Public Accounts Committee if fizzled out. While Kenny’s sources can brush the Belfast Docks case aside, by insisting that it is not related to Finance, this hardly applies to Shane Ross’s exposure of said Slush Fund.nbsp; An interesting point is, the missing millions were used to pay for drink fuelled junkets in New York for St Patrick’s Day and other holidays for those in the know.nbsp;nbsp;Just two days after the whistle blowers conference - when still Irish Times Editor, Geraldine Kennedy proved all I maintain about the Irish Times ‘jumping through hoops’ for the AMID and the ATL’s. She was on the panel of a Conference called to discuss the changes in the Defamation Laws - and the Qamp;A session was chaired by High Court Judge Peter Kelly. After much legal debate from the panel, about the pros and cons of silencing honest opinion in a Democracy - with various opinions on the Draconian new laws, expressed - Judge Kelly was introduced - and he called for the first speaker. As is usual in these circumstances things were slow to kick off, so I raised my hand and Judge Kelly directed a young lady to bring the mike to me.I shocked the assembled Lawyers by announcing: that, “I tried to get myself sued for defamation by telling the truth, and elaborated, that three times I accused Jack O’Connor, then SIPTU President, at large public meetings of being corrupt and of covering up corruption”. The assembled Lawyers did not know where to look or what to do. You could have heard a pin drop I continued stating:nbsp;“The first time was during the Irish Ferries dispute, in the presence of the creme de la creme of the Left - and Jack O’Connor was so offended they he yelled “he would sue the arse of me”. I was delighted - however, when the Belfast solicitor he engaged, one John O’Neill of Thompson McClures, advised him by letter, that I spoke the truth about the Belfast Branch and what I said was entirely true, he regretfully dropped his action.nbsp;Foolishly, with so many high ranking lawyers present I thought that I would be deluged with offers to take up my case – but received not even one. Judge Kelly allowed me five minutes to outline the corruption of the Union at Belfast Docks, then asked, “did I have a question”.nbsp;I replied I did and it was for Geraldine Kennedy. Pointing at her, I asked: “why do you, Fintan O’Toole and Irish Times censor the Belfast Docks scandal - whereby a trade union collaborated with employers to sack its own members”?nbsp;nbsp;Again you could have heard a pin drop.nbsp;Absolute silence prevailed, and while the entire legal establishment looked on, the Irish times editor sat with her mouth hanging open. Foolishly I cut short her embarrassment by stating:”You are not alone in covering up - at the whistle-blowers conference two days ago, Fintan O’Toole would not answer either”. Like a drowning woman the Irish Times editor latched onto what I had said - and gave an answer which will go down in the annals of the Irish Times and ‘Free Press’ history: She said: and I quote,“I cannot answer your question until I’ve spoked to Fintan ‘OToole”.nbsp;A collective gasp was uttered from the assembled Lawyers - then complete silence followed her statement.nbsp; While Geraldine Kennedy thought she was getting herself ‘off the hook’ - she did not realise the significance and implication of her refusal to answer a simple question.nbsp;By her refusal to be offended or even to answer, nbsp;she had denigrated and held to ridicule, the self-professed leading organ of free speech and democracy in Ireland. The assembled legal eagles knew full well the implications of this and also that I had defamed herself, Fintan O’Toole and the Irish Times, and did so in front of the finest legal minds in the countrynbsp;- if it is not true - and she had taken no offence.Worst of all, [from her perspective] she had offered no defence and had done so at conference which was called to discuss the denial of ‘Free Speech’ in Ireland.nbsp; Her silence on this matter shocked the assembled lawyers. From an ordinary non journalistic person this was deplorable - from the editor of the Irish Times it was disgusting. Obviously, not as quick witted as Jack O’Connor who in the same circumstances denied it to high heaven, threatened to sue me if I did not apologise - then quietly forgot about it. It seems however, she was well aware of the enormity of the truth, and it silenced her.The silence of the assembled legal eagles, at this conference, especially convenednbsp;to discuss changes to the Defamation Laws, was astonishing. When faced with a blatant case of either Defamation- or Censorship, they all went utterly silent. There must be a collective noun to describe this cover up of corruption by the finest legal minds in the country, but I cannot think of it.nbsp;Geraldine Kennedy has long since departed the Irish Times and is teaching Journalism [sic] at the University of Limerick. Although the censorship she inherited and promoted - re, Belfast Docks still flourishes, to my mind, this begs the question, just what sort of Journalism is she teaching?nbsp; From the non legal action of Jack O’Connor, and the bumbling of Geraldine Kennedy, the finest Legal Minds in the country knew full well I was not guilty of Defamation.nbsp; They obviously were aware, given the time scale involved, that I couldn’t afford to pay for Justice in Ireland, or I would already have done so. That said, no doubt every Barrister, Solicitor and Judge, in at the conference squirmed a little in their seat. They knew they were identifiable through, having signed in on the on the web and could see - what possibly could transpire from this situation.nbsp;I.e. ‘That they all had been given knowledge of a cover up of corruption by SIPTU - and by their subsequent non action, which was apparent, and foreshadowed by their Kennedy’s silence - thenbsp;legal people knew full well they were guilty of a unique conspiracy comparable to ‘Malice of Forethought’. If some ambulance chaser of a solicitor got wind of this conference they all could possibly be called, as material witnesses, and by their silence and non-action even charged with perverting the course of Justice.nbsp;nbsp;Of course the legal eagles and leading members of the AMID and the ATL’s knew full well that this would never happen. After the conference, when wine was served, I was disappointed thatnbsp;neither Geraldine Kennedy, the panel nor Judge Kelly were present. All I got was a fleeting glimpse as they passed by. I had wanted to question them further.nbsp; After after waiting for seven yearsnbsp;on 12th April 2017 I put the first open letter to Judge Kelly on linkedin - to try and counteract the censoring of my writing. In particular, of my play ‘The Judas Goat’ - which is about the corruption that took place at Belfast Docks. Shown in the play, is the Union ordering Dockers to discharge Asbestos without protection - when they should have been doing the opposite. I felt compelled although reticent to expose this, because of the power of the AMID and the ATL’s, who have shown their power by quashing all reporting of the Belfast Docks scandal, in the Irish Times, all media and in the Arts.nbsp; My fears about the AMID and the ATL’s are not imaginary, even the Transport Minister Shane Ross is afraid of them. Since being honest and demanding answers about the Slush Fund and the paying off of Union Officials with Taxpayers money - he has went deadly silent on this matter. If proof of the AMID and the ATL’s power is doubted - the back two rows at the defamation conference were filled with print and Television media, who recorded everything that transpired - yet save for a few lines in Irish Times the following day, {and nothing about my contribution} a news blackout descended upon the defamation conference.nbsp;nbsp; For the record, this happened at the end of 2010, Likewise, my contribution to the Transparency International Conference was deleted with the consent of John Davitt.Where was the vitriol from the champion of “Free Speech” Fintan O’Toole about the suppressing of a Free Press, especially, when his editor was struck dumb by a simple question. Was this demigod of Democracy not incensed that his name was used to dig Geraldine Kennedy and the Irish Times, out of the Censorship hole? Or - was he rather pleased, that this would get him even more pats on the head from the wealthy AMID and the ATL’s?nbsp;Democracy, freedom of speech and freedom of the press in Ireland are an unfunny joke. In the full glare of the so-called “Free Press” these so-called champions of Democracy will not upset the wealthy AMID and ATL’s.Several years ago in correspondence with Andrew O’Rourke, of O’Hayes solicitors, who is the solicitor of Fintan O’Toole , and his then editor Geraldine Kennedy. I raised the matter of their cherry-picking of the Truth, and as anticipated Andrew O’Rorke responded like their solicitor.nbsp; He stated in a letter “that I had made defamatory comments about two of his clients and this was not privileged” etc. By return of post, I advised him to sue me, but that his clients would not allow it. And furthermore stated: that “I hoped I was wrong as I looked forward to the opportunity of proving in court that everything I said about their cherry picking, and adherence to censorship, was the truth - an affront to democracy, and was - and is fair comment”. I never heard from Andrew O’Rorke again. In Irish Times Saturday 8th June 2019 in an article entitled: DON’T NORMALISE DONALD TRUMP - O’Toole, castigates Trump.nbsp; In the opening paragraph, he states:nbsp;“Diplomacy is sometimes just a polite word for shaking hands with the Devil.nbsp; Its practitioners need strong stomachs and a poor sense of smell. Ireland like every other Democracy, maintains diplomatic relationships with repressive and even murderous regimes”. This sets the tone for the rest of the article. Obviously Fintan O’Toole is diverting attention from his own corruption.nbsp; He and Donald Trump are two sides of the same coin - and if anything, Trump whom he eviscerates is the more honest. For O’Toole to claim, Ireland is a Democracy is a joke. The electorate here are conned, fooled and cajoled into voting for people with his own sick cover up perspective.nbsp;O’Toole and Irish Times values - are those of the AMID and the ATL’s. To take O’Tooles claims of a “Democracy” to its logical conclusion, if Ireland is a Democracy why is every person in this state thoroughly opposed to homelessness, yet thousands of people and their children are homeless?nbsp;Another point regarding ‘his’ Democracy, is: no one agrees with censorship in Theatre, yet it exists and the Arts Minister admits it exists and O’Toole will do nothing about it. No doubt he calls it ‘Constructive Censorshipnbsp;Another important point, that shows O’Toole is not just a puppet, but a leading member of the AMID and the ATL’s, is: over the years, he has spoken to, and shaken hands with many SIPTU officials. He also has refused to report in Irish Times about the Union and Employers Court at Belfast Docks. This pales into insignificance when compared to the fact, that SIPTU is covering up the fact - that the Union in Belfast ordered Dockers to discharge Asbestos without protection, knowing that it would condemn them to a terrible death. Is this not the definition of a murderous regime, Fintan?nbsp; Many Americans agree with Donald Trump, because when he says he will do something, he does it, and everyone knows it. Fintan O’Toole operates behind the scenes doing what the AMID and ATL’s tell him to do, and no one knows about it.nbsp;Another fact about the hypocrite O’Toole, - he will not reply to any of my correspondence, yetnbsp;the “champion of unfree speech”,nbsp;when I tweeted to him “you refused to review my play ‘Daddy’ will you now review ‘The Grandeur of Delusions”?nbsp; He mockingly re-tweeted my comments to his followers, thus proving, that the censoring of my writing - or any writing that doesn’t conform to the sanctimoniousness of himself - Irish Times, Sunday Times, the AMID and the ATL’s is to be ignored.nbsp;Below is a letter I posted to Justine McCarty of Sunday Timesnbsp;on 18 October 2017.nbsp;nbsp;SILENCE IS FAKE NEWS AND PROMOTED BY IRISH TIMES AND SUNDAY TIMES.nbsp;nbsp;Dear Justine,That was a great article on Sunday – except for the Lionising of Fintan O’Toole.nbsp; You know as well as I do about his despicable champagne socialist beliefs - and how he supports the silence of SIPTU on the deplorable behaviour at Belfast Docks.nbsp;A Trade Union cannot legally sack its own members.nbsp;I agree with your reasons for shunning Newstalk, but not your back-sliding.nbsp;The excuse - of ‘being asked by decent hard-working colleagues’ sounded very hollow indeed.nbsp; However, not hollow was your revelation that former Bishop of Ferns, Brendan Comiskey, when drunk in his house threatened to rape you during an interview.nbsp;Naturally, you were frightened and you properly wrote about this horrendous event – but this is where I’m confused.nbsp; You then say “the next morning a priest in a Dublin parish denounced me from the pulpit at Sunday Mass” – and unbelievably you add – “I have run scared from discussing the subject in public ever since. Job done woman silenced”. If you admit to being scared how can you expect a someone else to do your job for you?nbsp;Do your job, name and shame him now.nbsp;[If] you ever had a reason to keep quiet it now does not exist.Definitely, a well paid champion of Feminism and an inspiration for young girls to speak out.nbsp; You then state that “O’Brien has a reputation as an egalitarian modern man but how does this square with his radio station’s absence of female voices”.nbsp;nbsp; And unbelievably then say – “while Newstalk has questions to answer, so too does the government.nbsp; The two pronged side-lining of women and the censorship of Irish Times journalists makes it unconscionable for government ministers to continue to appearing on Communicorp’s stations”.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; What about Irish Times censorship of myself – and Fintan O’Tooles’s support for the censoring of my play ‘The Judas Goat’ which is set at Belfast Docks?nbsp; This, as you well know is also a true story.Justine, if in the light of your self-censorship regarding the priest, and the ‘silence’ of Fintan O’Toole on Jack O’Connor’s cover up of corruption, you stating: “The government has a constitutional duty to uphold Bunreacht na hEireann, which the ministers ought to read.nbsp;Article 40.6,1 protects free speech – what O’Toole exercised in his column, and for which all his colleagues have now been punished by Newstalk” is frankly disgusting.nbsp; What about my free speech and the censoring of my play by the Arts – on the orders of SIPTU, which O’Toole agrees with? You continue with the same fawning, nay drooling praise for O’Toole. “Through no fault of his own the backlash against O’Toole has diverted attention away from the wrong he highlighted. [Sic] Once again the unfair treatment of women has become a secondary issue between the lads”.nbsp; After reading the next gem of wisdom I had great difficulty holding on to the fine Sunday morning breakfast I had just consumed. Thus, “Women will continue to need courageous men to speak out until female liberation is credibly delivered.nbsp; It is no coincidence, after all that there is a man in emancipation”.nbsp;nbsp;I amnbsp;sure the unnamed parish priest is glad to hear this. As a perfect example of O’Toole’s cherry-picking, he had a good article in Irish Times on Tuesday the 17 of October regarding ‘silence’,nbsp;at which he is an expert.nbsp; He questioned why Ryan Tubridy didn’t ask, Billionaire Richard Branson, “so do you regret the way you’ve made such a public point of grabbing beautiful young women , lifting them off their feet, and in some cases turning them upside down”.nbsp;nbsp;Prior to Branson appearing Tubridy had been discussing Monica Lewinsky and Harvey Weinstein.nbsp;Speaking of Weinstein, if Fintan O’Toole and Irish Times champion the cause of forbidding Harvey Weinstein from ever receiving an award from any college or university in Ireland, I will wholeheartly back themnbsp;Justine, just for your information – the news blackout on the corruption of Jack O’Connor – led by O’Toole and Irish Times is complete, as no newspaper will expose how the largest trade union in Ireland joined with Belfast Employers to persecute and sack its own members.nbsp;nbsp; And Justine you will be glad to know, Mark Hennessey, the Irish Times editor has joined with O’Toole in the censoring of this ‘story of the century’.nbsp;nbsp;Justine, for documentary proof of the Union and Employers Court at Belfast Docks, see www.siptupresidentjackoconnorexposed.com – This Court persecuted, fined, suspended without pay and sacked Union Members.nbsp; However, these were the lucky ones – the Court ordered the Dockers to discharge Asbestos without protection to save the employers money. For proof of the Arts involvement in censorship, see, Historic Censorship from Largest Trade Union in Ireland, on Linkedin, plus many other articles.nbsp; Also see,nbsp;Hughmurphy16 on twitter and my old account Sackedbymyunion .The above is the Hypocrisy which the Irish Times and Sunday Times promotes to the Irish People.nbsp;nbsp;Hugh Murphy--------------------------------------------------------------------------------nbsp;Obviously the Sunday Times and Irish Times Editorial policy is dictated by the AMID and the ATL’s, they slavishly carry out by their orders. They know full well that the Defamation Act does not apply in this instance, because they will be printing the absolute truth about SIPTU, ICTU and their cover up at Belfast Docks.nbsp;Another defender of the ‘keep quiet’ Irish Democracy is Ray Yeates the Arts Officer of Dublin City Council. Obviously Fintan O’Toole, wasn’t aware, that prior to being brought into the Irish Times censorship circle, Yeates, on the basis of a Readers Report, supported my play ‘Daddy’. Which O’Toole refused tonbsp;review - even though I hand delivered a copy it to Irish Times, with his name on it.An interesting point about Yeates censorship is: when I complained to the then Lord Mayor Christy Burke who appointed Josephine Feehily to investigate the matter - I informed him that she was not the right person because she and DCC director Owen Keegan found nothing amiss about this situation. No doubtnbsp;Feehily as chairwoman of the Policing Authority will use her investigative powers in the best way possible - and cover up any unpalatable truths that could upset the wealthy AMID and ATL’s who run this country. Here is the readers report.TITLE: DaddyAUTHOR: Hugh MurphyREAD BY: JosephACTS: 2 (1st act 7 scene, 2nd act 5 scenes)CHARACTERS: 5, 3 female, two male. Mother and two daughters.SETTING: A home with a coffin set in the middle of the stage on two metal standsOVERVIEW‘Daddy’ is a deeply felt, emotionally intense and ferocious dramatization of one family torn apart by the abuse by a father of his daughters with a focus on the self-harming, self-destructive consequences. Structured in a sequence of scenes over two acts, the play starts after the death of the father and goes back to the period leading up to his death – though he never appears on stage. The core of the play is Carol, who has four children by James, with whom she has broken up in contested circumstances. Carol is both self-destructive and an emotional truth-teller who forces her mother and sister to at least recognize the damage done to them by their father whilst generating a new cycle of an abusive relationship with new lover, Mark. The play is written in direct, colloquial dialogue with plenty of drink fuelling the outbursts, a few scenes are drunken monologues to the father via the coffin. The play concludes with sister, Sharon, who has been seeing a counselor, forcing Carol to accept that the cycle of abuse cannot go on into her own children, whom she loves but to whom she cannot express that love, and try to at least pretend to forgive her own father so that he can be left behind.STRENGTHS:The power of this play is in the intensity with which the play stays focused on the subject of the damage of abuse and keeps scenes intense and vivid. Some scenes, as stand-alones, (such as act 2, scene 3) are disturbing, visceral and dramatically convincing. There is no doubting the integrity and passion of the writing and the feel of the play is one that a traumatic subject is being dealt with from the inside: experientially as it lived rather than from a detached perspective. Whilst the characters are written inside the limited range required by the play, they are individuals and seem alive and capable of surprising themselves and an audience.AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT:The play opens at a very heightened moment and puts all its cards on the table from the start. There is very little sub-text and an audience might feel confronted and not wish to go on this journey. This is artistically fine but might cause difficulties as people are distanced, rather than drawn in by the drama. Whilst the four younger characters are individuals, the mother (who does not get a name), is a touch generic both in her presence and in her reaction to being told of the abuse. It might be good to look at her journey again. Whilst each scene does have something going on and often a lot, the stop-start structure, might make them frustrating over time. It might be worth considering looking to create a fewer number of longer scenes so that the drama can really ebb and flow.nbsp; At times the ‘on the money’ dialogue, particularly from Carol, is very powerful but the characters nearly always saying exactly what they think may become wearing, also some of it at times sounds like authorial comment and this should be looked at. A combination of editing and looking to keep the powerful emotions but expressed in different ways might help. The ending moves towards a dramatic satisfaction, but may be at the expense of credibility. I get why Carol may have to try to come to terms with her past, and her emotional relationship with the past, but the need to pretend about her father to her children is not clear and sounds damaging in herself. It may be worth looking at the end again to reduce the extreme change in character and/or consider a different ask in terms of her breaking from the past to create a better future for her children. Like the mother, the (non-appearing) children feel a little generic and perhaps this can be looked at in terms of making them generically real.THOUGHTS:This is a powerful play which has real heart and insight into a subject which has been much investigated, but which is still sadly current and of ongoing importance. It feels as if the author has put a great deal of passion into the play, but some of that comes across as anger at the reader/audience rather than an anger that might move people. If the playwright could be encouraged to look more objectively at their and work to use a richer sense of dramatic structure with dialogue that was more deeply originating from the characters might make this a stronger work.nbsp; On the basis of this Readers Report Ray Yeates, as DCC Arts Officernbsp;granted me four weeks free rehearsal space in the Lab, DCC’s Arts headquarters in Dublin. This disclosure stopped Fintan O’Toole’s sly tweeting and left him with Artistic egg on his face. This is a good example of The Conspiracy of Silence from the AMID and the ATL’s regarding my writing. At the time Yeates was not in the Loop regarding the Censoring of my writing. However, this soon changed. When I asked for the same support for ‘The Judas Goat, i.e. simply ‘rehearsal space’ Yeats replied spitefully and stated that “he had moved on and was supporting other writers”.nbsp;See emails. In effect I was censored by Yeates and Dublin City Council.nbsp;I questioned members of DCC’s Arts Committee on this, and asked: “Where is the Arts Plan, here”?nbsp; Can Yeates at the whims of SIPTU and the Irish Elite, disregard a well-publicised Arts Plan designed to support the Arts and Writers. The answer is obviously, yes. When I complained to DCC about the censorship and filled out a complaints form, they denied ever having received it. This was rather silly of them because I’d sent it recorded delivery and was able to cite the person who’d signed for it. It mattered not as my complaint was dismissed.nbsp;I then complained to Owen Keegan but got the same result, who in fact praised the work of Yeates. Obviously the AMID and the ATL’s have taken over every aspect of Irish life, includingnbsp;DCC’s Arts Committee. This state of affairs must end.nbsp;I am particularly disgusted at those in the Theatre World, the supposed nonconformists who have allowed the Arts to be denigrated and to become a Tool of the wealthy. A multitude of Theatres and directorsnbsp;plus it seems the entire legal profession, or at least the one’s who attended The Defamation Conference, not only abide by but actively promote the objectives of the AMID and the ATL’s - by covering up for SIPTU and ICTU.nbsp; This is an absolute disgrace yet completely understandable as the ‘nod nod, wink wink’ attitude which dictates the morals of those in public life, has been ingrained in the AMID and the ATL’s for years.nbsp; The leading organs of protest, the Irish Times, and Sunday Times fool themselves into believing that the censoring of the truth is necessary for the protection of their way of life. This is obvious to a blind man but denied by the perpetrators, who - by their status are above reproach.nbsp; They ridicule any suggestion that they are corrupt, but corruption takes many forms. They fool themselves into believing what they are doing is just normal everyday living, and that the ‘old school tie’ is their entitlement and here to stay.Several years ago in correspondence with Andrew O’Rourke, of O’Hayes solicitors, who is the solicitor of Fintan O’Toole , and his then editor Geraldine Kennedy. I raised the matter of their cherrypicking of the Truth, and as anticipated Andrew O’Rorke responded like their solicitor.nbsp; He stated in a letter “that I had made defamatory comments about two of his clients and this was not privileged” etc. By return of post, I advised him to sue me, but that his clients would not allow it. And furthermore stated that I hoped I was wrong as I looked forward to the opportunity of proving in court that everything I said about their cherry picking, and adherence to censorship, was the Truth, an affront to democracy, and was - and is fair comment. I never heard from Andrew O’Rorke again.I am particularly disgusted at those in the Theatre World, the supposed nonconformist writers an directors who have allowed the Arts to be denigrated and allowed to become a Tool ofnbsp;the AMID and the ATL’s. They know full well what is happening but instead of objecting to the dictatorship of wealth and power they emigrate.nbsp; That said, however, nbsp;when they see the Chairman of the powerful Public Accounts Committee, as he was then, John McGuinness, forwarding my complaints of censorship to the Arts and Justice Ministers, and doing absolutely nothing about it himself - they realise, what is the point of complaining.nbsp;Thisnbsp;proves, if proof were needed, that instead of Truth, Justice, and Beauty controlling the arts, the evil politics of the AMID and the ATL’s rule the day.nbsp;nbsp;A case in point is the article below which I posted on linkedin - 22nd September 2018. I thought the title would provoke a response but sadly the champions of democracy on the Public Accounts Committee thought it better to adopt the tactics of the AMID and the ATL’s - Silence.nbsp;I reprint the article in its here so ordinary people can ascertain the degree of skulduggery and knowledge of wrongdoing that their elected representatives, like Alan Kelly and public servants like Seamus McCarthy the Camp;AG engage in.nbsp; The breast-beating champions of Democracy on the so-called Public Accounts Committee, on the orders of the AMID and the ATL’s cover up to protect SIPTU and ICTU .nbsp;THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEEnbsp;IS A JOKE AND AN INSULT TO THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS?Next week, by a majority vote, the PAC has decided to discuss Presidential Expenditure and Martin Fraser, Secretary General of the department of the Taoiseach will be required tonbsp;be in attendance. Lucky him, this matter grave as it is – just about money.nbsp; When I wanted to go in front of the PAC it was to expose [to put it nicely] a Chairman of a Trade Union who fooled his union committee into acting for the Employers instead of union members. I also wanted the Committee to investigate why ex Belfast Dockers were dying from Asbestosis – and was told - that only the Camp;AG Seamus McCarthy could decide what matter went before the committee.nbsp; And in his wisdom {or the wisdom of the AMID and the ATL’s} he decided this was not an appropriate subject for them to discuss.nbsp;nbsp; As I have just learned, this was blatant lies from Seamus McCarthy and the - oh so honourable Public Accounts Committee - as the committee can decide for themselves who or what they investigate. I respectfully suggest to Mr Fraser, there are several ways to avoid appearing before the PAC - either tell the Truth... or join SIPTU.nbsp; On this evidence it is obvious that Seamus McCarthy has been recruited by the AMID and the ATL’s - but the question must be asked - why is the PAC agreeing to this cover up? Have they not acessed the Documentary proof on – www.siptupresidentjackoconnorexposed.comnbsp;-nbsp;nbsp;The Belfast Chairman’s worst crime was to order Dockers to discharge Asbestos without protection to save the employers money. I will never forget his comment, “how can dust kill anyone”.Shortly after establishing the ‘Court’ the Chairman left the Union and took the position of Labour Controller with the employers, and unbelievably, was allowed to remain a Union Member. This was the first time in Trade Union History, anywhere in the world that an Employer was a Union Member - and allowed to attend the only union meeting ever allowed at Belfast Docks, which was the AGM.nbsp; To add insult to injury ten years ago the ex Union Chairman turned employer was awarded his fifty year long service badge by Jack O’Connor.nbsp;nbsp; Not only is the PAC as a body covering this up but many individual TD’s do as well, including such distinguished figures as Alan Kelly, Sean Fleming and Micheal Martin, who promised me ‘to my face’ in the Square shopping centre, that he’d contact Jack O’Connor [he was still president then] and get back to me. I am still waiting.I will state here again, Larkin’s Union through the greed of an individual Chairman, betrayed every Trade Union Principle devised by Larkin for the protection of workers – and behaved worse than William Martin did Murphy during the Dublin Lockout.nbsp;Anyone watching grieving widows on UTV’s programme ‘Death Trap on the Docks’, will be as flummoxed as myself as to why this has not been exposed before now.Exactly how and why this Cover Up has infested successive Irish Governments, ‘the free press’ present day Union Leaders, Politicians, every Human Rights Group in Ireland - and now THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE, is beyond belief.nbsp; Why this has happened I have no idea.nbsp;Maybe some member ofnbsp;‘the Open and Transparent PAC ‘ in words of one syllable can explain this to me.nbsp;I again appeal to the Public Accounts Committee, get the blinkers off regarding SIPTU and Union Leaders who pay themselves a fortune, and insist that ‘true’ Labour policies for the benefit of workers are reinstalled.nbsp;Where are the principles the PAC was set up to uphold?nbsp;nbsp;I make no apology for quoting Alan Kelly in this regard.nbsp;“We are called The Public Accounts Committee for a reason”.nbsp; The above is utter nonsense from Alan Kelly, but what else can you expect from a so-called Labour Politician?nbsp; He says he makes no apology for investigations by the Public Accounts Committee - what twaddle.nbsp; Why will he not investigate the cover up by SIPTU, and ICTU. He knows that Ireland is ruled by those with the most money and an investigation by the PAC may well expose them - and any labour politicians in their pay. Until the Truth is told and exposed Ireland will remain a third world very Wealthy Country. Here, the homeless depend upon well heeled landlords in the Dail to have their best interests at heart. I wrote a sketch once about several young Dublin tradesmen - who had to adopt foreign accents to get any work. With the so-called upturn they can drop the pretence, but the mindset of those who employ them remains the same. The AMID and ATL’s who rule Ireland will never admit how the Union’s have served them.nbsp;nbsp; This brings me nicely to Pat Rabbitte. In 1999 the far thinking Rabbitte attempted in the Dail to introduce a Whistle-blowers Bill to protect them. Had this of been implemented a lot of misery enacted upon many innocent people could have been avoided. No doubt he was very pleased when the “Protected Disclosures Act was introduced in 2014.nbsp;This is well and good - however why did Rabbitte not re-introduce his bill when I contacted him in 2003?nbsp;The documentation I provided him with, proved beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the Union in Belfast had joined with Employers against Union Members - and was covered up by SIPTU and ICTU. Had he disclosed this to the Dail, he would have guaranteed that his bill would be passed into Law.nbsp; But of course doing so would have made him Persona Non Grata to his erstwhile Labour Friends, who would have to admit to ICTU’s part in covering up the persecution of Belfast Dockers.nbsp;{see Rabbitte’s letters below}nbsp; In one letter he amazingly states: “If a fraction of what I allege is true then the situation at Belfast Docks, to put it mildly, was far from satisfactorily”. Did he think I made it up and forged the letters from the “The Joint Disciplinary Committee” in Belfast which showed the Union joined forces with the employers against the Belfast Dockers?nbsp;nbsp; To cut a long story short, the first letter from Rabbitte was sent just three years after his Whistle-blowers Bill was thrown out.Why did he not demand a special sitting and get his bill reinstated, nbsp;as the facts I presented proved the need for his bill. Obviously these facts prove collusion between Rabbittee, Leader of the ‘then’ Labour Party, SIPTU, ICTU, the AMID and the ATL’S. He ignored the plight of ex Belfast Dockers now dying from Asbestosis - not to mention the corruption of Trade Unionism. If exposed by Rabitteenbsp;the government were duty bound to take action. This is why Rabittee stayed silent. That said, it’s not too late. Alan Kelly could take up the baton on his behalf - and thus get the electorate back onto Labour’s side. While Rabittee cannot be blamed for misbehaviour of the Banks - he can - and must be blamed for the disgraceful treatment the whistle-blowers received from their so-called colleagues. If he hadnbsp;reignited his Bill and faced down the betrayers of Labour in SIPTU and ICTU - with the information and documentation I provided - then Whistle Blowers would not have had to put up with being treated with contempt and vilified for being honest citizens. Now that I think about it - has any action ever taken against the fellow workers of the whistle blowers who denigrated them?nbsp; And if not why not?nbsp; The whistle blowers know who did what to them. At the very least they should be disciplined and not allowed to get off scot-free. Their punishment would also show that the government is serious about whistle blower legislation and not just paying Lip Service to it. Although this will not sit well with the AMID and the ATL’s? In all cases, the Whistle Blowers must have the final say whether their tormentors should be sacked or not.nbsp; In Pat Rabittee’s case, however, their should be no ambiguity about his punishment. For his cowardice towards the Labour Elite plus his misleading of the Dail by the omission of relevant facts, he should be sacked in disgrace - and stripped of his pension rights. Why should a man, who ignored such misery, be allowed to go quietly? This would send a message to other TD’s who get cosy jobs, after serving the AMID and the ATL’s and then are rejected by the electorate. “Don’t do it”.nbsp;nbsp;Any other TD like Shane Ross, who may be sitting on explosive information about powerful figures and too afraid for self-preservation to reveal it, must be free to do so. And those who choose to keep quiet must suffer the consequences, when and if it’s discovered that they remained silent. Why, as a European Citizen am I not guaranteed protection under the European Convention of Human Rights. Where is my right to a speedy resolve of my disputes, under European Law. Is the fact that I cannot afford to pay for Justice ‘not’ supposed to be an impediment for me receiving Justice?nbsp;nbsp;Because I cannot afford a solicitor, I approached Ken Murphy of the Irish Law Society and asked to be taken on board as a ‘Friend of the Society’. I had read about this scheme in the Irish Times, whereby a deserving client who couldn’t afford to pay for justice was taken on, pro bono.nbsp; However, through his secretary, by email, Ken Murphy denied that such a scheme existed.nbsp; No doubt instructed by the AMID and the ATL’s to answer as he did. All I want is Justice - which is supposed to be my right as a European Citizen - and I am not even getting fair play in Ireland because the AMID and the ATL’s - with their money have corrupted every aspect of Irish Life.nbsp;nbsp; In Ireland, in this supposed country of free speech, the only obvious aspect of the AMID and the ATL’s influence is the fact that my writing is being censored.nbsp;nbsp; My complaints about this insidious behaviour is written offnbsp;by the powers that be in Theatre, with the deriding comments that my play are “no good”.nbsp; They would say that. All media and the supposed free press all censor my writing.nbsp;Linkedin, is the only outlet I have as they truly believe in Free Speech. See - ‘Historic Censorship from Largest Trade Union in Ireland’ - this shows how the ‘breast beaters’ who proclaim how liberal they are and that freedom of speech and European Law is paramount here - are absolute Liars.nbsp; My article gives chapter and verse and exposes the vile censorship I’m experiencing - and names some of the people responsible.nbsp;I know of others - but will only name them, when I can prove what I say.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;Fintan O’Toole, Geraldine Kennedy, David McWilliams, and many others in the ‘free press’ and TV media - all proud Europeans - jump through hoops for the AMID and the ATL’s’,nbsp;to keep the public from knowing the truth.nbsp;SIPTU’s pro-employer and anti worker past is kept well hidden. Exposure in the European Parliament would cause action to be taken against the AMID and the ATL’s, akin to the fourteen billion not paid by Google. While the Rich play fast and loose with Irish Law, other countries are not so tolerant of White Collar crime. A case in point is ‘Spain’, where the former Spanish IMF member Rodrigo Ratto was jailed for defrauding his own bank. There can be ‘light at the end of the tunnel if the powers that be in government will implement EU law. Mr Ratto got four and a half years and another banker, Miguel Blesa got six, while another, sixty-five bank executives were convicted and received lesser sentences.nbsp; At last an EU country is taking white collar crime seriously. Mr Rato and the others saw the bank and its funds as a cash-cow to which they could help themselves. In two years he personally misappropriated almost one hundred thousand Euros, and the others, twelve and a half million. This happened while the Bank was bailed out for twenty two billion by the Spanish taxpayer. Mr Rattos bankers invented an ingenious and fraudulent system whereby money spent on personal credit cards issued to them, was not registered on the books.nbsp; His bank also has to pay back, one and a half billion to duped small time investors.nbsp;Mr Ratto had history in this regard. During the Spanish property boom, he was minister for the economy and funded out of control house building, with disastrous results. Which necessitated a forty billion Euro bailout. This may well have been why they had an investigation and went after him, however our bailout cost us 200 Billion with With 64 Billion given to the Banks and only a few were jailed.nbsp; While it is far too late for the Belfast Dockers to take action, the principle of scheming manipulation by Banks, Union’s and sly employers in Ireland is exactly the same.nbsp; It is the well respected so-called upper class people, in the AMID and the ATL’s who are ‘proud to be Irish’ yet denigrate the Irish people by ripping them off who must be exposed. The workers of Ireland would welcome those Spanish Judges, here.It has been related to me, that a senior union official has formed a company with his wife and son to avoid paying tax. If this is the case, then it shows what he and his Union think of the sick, impoverished, and destitute who suffer under this system. Anyone who has joined the stingy millionaires who refuse to pay tax in equal measure to their wealth, should be exposed. In Spain Union leaders who align themselves with employers would feel the full wrath of the law. The so-called elite who run this country believe they are entitled ‘not’ to pay tax to support hospitals and schools and essential services.nbsp; From the treatment the working receive, I have come to the conclusion that the wealthy despise those who must work for a living, and, its not just for being workers, its for being stupid. It is not just one or two rich individuals who think this but the entire spectrum from which they spring. Obviously, theynbsp;must be stupid to allow the government to pay almost one hundred million Euros a year tonbsp;private schools, from the taxes of PAYE workers - while parents of children at state schools have to pay a ‘voluntary’ contribution for school books.nbsp; And if they don’t cough up their children are penalised by being refused a locker or not allowed on school trips.nbsp;nbsp; If the shoe was on the other foot, the wealthy would be incensed if this sum was taken from the school fees they pay, and given to the schools that workers children attend. To add insult to injury the wealthy school principles insist this money is only used for sporting facilities.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; To confirm that the wealthy in the AMID and the ATL’s control every aspect of Irish life, including the Legal Aid Board. I applied for legal aid to sue SIPTU and Jack O’Connor, I was turned down. I appealed this decision and presented them with ‘new evidence’, i.e.the letter from Jack O’Connor’s own solicitor, John O’Neill of Thompson Mclures, Belfast - confirming that everything I said about the Belfast Docks branch sacking its own members, was true.nbsp; No doubt the board of the legal aid department who made this sycophantic decision, have progressed well in their chosen field of human endeavours.nbsp;Evidence abounds today, of a conspiracy of silence from al
