[EXPOSED DAY 23] Service-based entrepreneurs, put all the things that you need to do in one place.
Michee Santos
Helping startup entrepreneurs build systems so they can focus on working on their business and letting it run on its own
This may seem redundant but it’s actually a time saver.
If you’re offering a service like us, you’ll find that your clients use different platforms for housing their projects.
It can be Trello, Asana, Basecamp, Slack, Email and soon you’ll find yourself jumping from one platform to another getting all confused with what you need to do.
This is why we spend time everyday combing through these platforms and putting them all it one system.
?? Our system. ??
You might think, that’s freaking redundant and a waste of time.
That’s where you’d be wrong. ??
What’s a waste of time is getting on confused on what each of your clients need.
So here’s what we do:
1?? Everyday, we spend time looking through everything that our clients need across all platforms and then put them in our own system. (We use asana).
2?? We then start delegating these things to our team.
3?? We take a look at each and everyone’s load and see if we need to move things around between each team member.
This way you only need to look in one place and so does your team.
The only time you need to reopen the other platforms is when you’re ready to give your updates. ??
Remember, each of your clients would have their own system, just like you.
And if you’re offering a specific service, you have to work with their system while at the same time making sure your own team’s system works for you too.
It may seem a little complicated and if you need help on this, I’d love to get you sorted out. ?? PM me or comment below.
