EXPO REAL Wrap 2024

This year, REM Group was excited to attend EXPO REAL 2024, where we noticed a positive shift in sentiment as the commercial real estate (CRE) market continues to find a renewed equilibrium—deals are cooking!

We observed strong interest from accommodation operators looking to establish a presence in Budapest, which will support the repurposing of existing buildings. Meanwhile, Hungarian investors remain active, with companies like Biggeorge Property and HelloParks continuing their expansion inside and outside of Hungary. And a big thanks to HIPA and the other sponsors of the Hungarian stand, who did well to promote the country. ?

In short, we had a productive and encouraging experience at EXPO REAL 2024, and we're optimistic about what lies ahead!
