The EU has approved its somewhat controversial AI Act, while a prominent chat app raises the question: Do individuals have a right to their own voice? —Technology extensively engages with ethical, legal, social, and policy matters. Alongside project updates and opportunities, this newsletter edition presents guidelines for AI use in science and extends an invitation to our upcoming event, exploring the intersection of technology and democracy in shaping the future.
