Exploring the Psychology of High Performance with Touch Associates

At an event recently held in London’s De Vere Beaumont, Windsor it gathered team members from the UK, Europe and North America to think not just about 2023, but their success and their performance moving forward. It looked at how they'll bring their strategy alive, how they will come closer to their clients and in doing so grow their business.

David was delighted to join them as a keynote speaker for the event, particularly as the organisation is at such a pivotal point in its growth. With his talk he aimed to engage and inspire the delegates and leave them excited and ready for the challenges ahead.

David looked at the real psychology of high performance and then he explored how to use motivation, mindset and leadership to help sky rocket results. He also explored the power of decision making, persuasion, influence and and how they can use these tools moving forward to accelerate their growth and take them to the next level.
