Exploring Potentialities with Quantum Analytics and Pluto Cycles
This week ushers in a new 20 year cycle as Pluto shifts to the Aquarius constellation. The last shift of Pluto we experienced was in 2008 when the market crashed as the planet of death and rebirth transitioned from Sagittarius to Capricorn. And, as Pluto's reign in Capricorn winds down, we are experiencing similar themes with a big bank closing (Silicon Valley Bank ), ushering in the beginning and the end of a cycle as the linear view bleeds through into the mystical abyss.
According to this sited article, Silicon Valley Bank's collapse was "the largest bank failure since the 2008 financial crisis: It was the 16th largest bank in the country, holding about $342 billion in client funds and $74 billion in loans."
Interesting...no? The beginning and the end of this Pluto cycle are mirroring each other in the cyclical dance of the cosmic womb-swirls. Aka: QUANTUM. I will just leave this right here for all you astrology doubters and haters.
Pluto's astrological cycles can also be understood through generation cycles. Pluto in Leo are The Boomers. Pluto in Virgo are the Gen Xers. Pluto in Scorpio are The Millenials. Pluto in Sagittarius are the Gen Zers. Pluto in Capricorn are the Gen Alphas, and now we are on the precipice of the next generation being born!
So, I will be honoring this massive shift with rituals and prayer this week as I sit at my altars and imagine/brainstorm the next 20 years of my life. My rituals look a lot like strategic planning sessions but with Tarot cards, journaling, herbs, and mason jars thrown into the mix. I work with all the elementals to heighten and amplify the intentions of my prayers and visions as I am a practicing animist (everything is alive, meaning, all is energy).
Wherever you stand on the spectrum of astrology's merit, I invite you to set aside some time this week and imagine the next 20 years of your life. What will the world look like? What will you look like? Remember, 20 years ago, LinkedIn was a potentiality in the creative void just waiting to be born :).
Last week, I shared with you a short dialogue between the creative void (what wants to be born, what could be born) and the standard void (what needs to be born, what should be born). Both voids are valid portals of innovation and creation as we grow and develop in this human experience, yet my specialty is developing your relationship with the creative void. Mostly because I have a HUGE, VIBRANT imagination!
(Also, I prefer to explore potentialities rather than certainties and perhaps you do too! When we explore potentialities, we actively data-mine the subconscious swirls to shape and mold our consciousness to expand our overall awareness of life. This is also the practice that expands the heart.)
I have developed a signature cartomancy spread that is my own version of The Celtic Cross spread. This is a Tarot classic that's been around for quite some time. My personal spin on The Celtic Cross is a specialized focus on data-mining the creative void.
We ask one simple question to prompt the card spread: "What is the potential trying to break through for [name] during this stage in their life?"
The spread goes like this:
Card 1: Where is [name] currently at?
Card 2: What is [name's] soul calling him/her to do?
Card 3: What is [name] aware of at this moment?
Card 4: What is [name] unconscious of at this moment?

Card 5: What are [name's] current soul gifts?
Card 6: What is being manifested?
Card 7: What are the next steps?
Card 8: What are the surrounding energies influencing the next steps?
Card 9: What [name] needs to know to move forward with this?
Card 10: What is the potential outcome trying to break through for [name]?
A spread like this takes an average of 3-6 months to actively integrate into your life if you so choose to follow the advice. Your goal is to experience and integrate the 10th's card analysis.
My suggested next steps after this reading help you to anchor this quantum intelligence into your linear, sequential experience. They are journaling prompts to help round out this analysis:
1.) What was forecasted to occur?
2.) What was the reality?
3.) Why did you follow the advice? If you did not follow the advice, why didn't you?
4.) What went well?
5.) What didn't go well?
6.) What did you learn about yourself?
7.) What did you learn about exploring potentailities rather than certainties?
Having this reading done with me is a very cost-effective way to explore your heart's innate intelligence. Next week, I will go into more details about the type of person or stage in life that best fits a Tarot reading of this kind.
