A home for scientists dedicated to understanding the genetic and functional variation of the vertebrate immune system.
关于我们
Mission The Society for Immune Polymorphism is an international membership organization of scientists dedicated to understanding the genetic and functional variation of the vertebrate immune system, and the immune system’s role in evolutionary biology, disease and health. Vision Together with its members, the Society’s vision is increased collaboration, engagement and sharing of domain knowledge between scientists focused on any aspects of immune-related genomics. Objectives The specific objectives and purpose of the Society are: to provide a forum for basic science, and clinical, industrial and educational applications related to immune polymorphism; to share and disseminate research findings related to immune polymorphism; to assist in the integration of immune polymorphism-related data resources, and; to promote the development of secure open-source, cloud-based technologies that advance the analysis, collection, exchange and storage of immune-related genomic data.

Reminder: A two-and-a-half-day hackathon will be held at the Nicholson Conference Center, Oklahoma City, OK, Tuesday 17th to Thursday 19th September 2024. This is part of the University of Oklahoma, and is being organized by the NMDP and Willie Hildebrand and his group. The main topics of this Immunopeptidomics hackathon are to create standards and code to store and transfer the following. ? Peptide ligands (Immunoepedtidomics) o HLA Class I and II peptide ligands o HLA ligand/epitope predictions o Interpretation of mass spectrometry immunopeptidomics data o HUPO-HPP: standards organization hupo.org ? Non-peptide Ligands (Metabolic Ligands, Lipid Ligands) o CD1 (non-classical) o MR1, Riboflavin (non-classical) o Solving molecular structures with mass spectrometry data When: The meeting starts at 9:00 am on Tuesday 17th, finishing about 12:30 pm on Thursday 19th September 2024. How: If you wish to attend, please send an email to Michael Wright, [email protected] or Martin Maiers [email protected].
