Exploring Highline's and Production Environment

We're excited to deliver on our promise by providing an exclusive look behind the scenes of our advanced facility – this time, immersing ourselves in the innovation hub at Highline: our state-of-the-art laboratory. This strategic move signifies a major milestone in our company's evolution, establishing a dedicated space where innovation thrives driven by symbiosis of our engineers in the fields of constructions, mechatronics, programming and application. Spanning an impressive 400 square meters, we've meticulously crafted five specialized zones to refine our development processes and elevate our core competencies.

Lab 1 - "Media Hub": This space serves as the epicenter for the preparation and post-processing of our test experiments. From storing, adhesives and fluid materials within temperature ranges of 7 to minus 40 degrees, to executing demount analyses and a variety of tests?– Lab 1 acts as the catalyst behind our development processes.

Lab 2 - "Fleet Hub": Affectionately referred to as the "Fleet Hub," this room is the result of successful work and pre-evaluation in Lab 1. Here, we evaluate prototypes through endurance tests and pressure tests and verify the seamless integration of these pastes with our components. ?Our automation systems enable for highest precision, as required for our ultra-fine printing processes.

KIT Production Line: Covering our largest area, this section encompasses critical workstations and steps essential for the production of our print heads, cartridge systems and process consumables. The workstations include:

• Assembly Station: Conducting inventory assessments of all essential product components.
• Leakage Testing Station: Checking the tightness of our print heads.
• 3D Printing Area: Manufacturing of standard components and prototyping.
• Incoming Goods Inspection: A crucial step in ensuring the quality of incoming materials.
• Cleaning Area: Incl. clean environment and ultra sonics baths to ensure no critical particles affecting the quality of our products.
• Adhesive Station: Housing both an automated adhesive station for standardized products and a mechanical station for further development of prototypes.

These diverse workstations underscore our commitment to precision, quality control, and the highest standards in production.

Machine Integration Area: In this section, we conceptualize control cabinets, assemble cartridge systems and conduct tests with partnering equipment manufacturers. Thanks to our new facilities, we can receive equipment deliveries, thoroughly test mechanical modifications down to the smallest detail, ensuring a seamless transition and guaranteeing the quality of our integration solutions.
