As the summer season approaches, food enthusiasts and travelers around the world eagerly anticipate new culinary trends. Discovering new culinary trends for me has always been a great pleasure before being a necessity given by my profession. Each time is like taking a little trip: to another Country, with a different culinary culture, to discover not only new flavors and ingredients but also new philosophies. Translating the pleasure of discovery into a new experience to offer the public is one of the goals of those who believe in a modern, international gastronomy that reaches everyone.?

This summer, the plant-based movement continues to gain momentum, reflecting a growing global consciousness about sustainability and health. We embraced this trend a long time ago, offering an array of dishes that showcase the versatility of local and seasonal fruits, vegetables, and legumes. That’s not just a trend for us: we want to celebrate the art of cooking while supporting a healthier and more eco-friendly lifestyle.
