For those of you who know me, I tend to look at lots of things through the lens of business acquisitions.?Sometimes, I feel like a hammer looking for a nail!?However, I believe that acquiring a company is a quicker and safer way to become a business owner.?It can also be a solution for a need for talent or a specific skill set in your current business.

Through 2030, 10,000 Baby Boomers will reach retirement age EVERY DAY!?We are in the midst of a $10 Trillion (with a T!) wealth transfer!!?Some are business owners.?Of those business owners, some have no plan and will transfer their wealth upon their death through probate courts.?However, many of them will conduct some sort of orderly transfer of their business ownership to somebody else - employees, family members, or others.?This is an unprecedented opportunity!?The good news is that many of you know these business owners.??
