They found people who worked for a toxic boss had lower satisfaction, and those who worked for a narcissistic or psychopathic boss were more likely to experience clinical depression. They also determined toxic bosses’ behaviors, attitudes, and values spread inside of organizations like wildfire, meaning everybody around those leaders starts to behave the same way.
