Exploring eGovernment Digital Services in Estonia: Key Insights from X Infotech's Field Study

X Infotech team is well aware that our dear neighbors in Estonia are excelling when it comes to digitalization of government services and we are always eager to learn best practices. And so, on a gloomy October Monday, 10 of our team members arrived in Tallinn for two full days of field study trip. We had the pleasure of visiting the e-Governance Academy (eGA) and the Riigi Infosüsteemi Amet // Estonian Information System Authority (NCSC-EE) and meeting with other local authorities and partners.

After two fruitful days of learning and exchanging experiences, we conclude that we have more in common than we might have thought. Our visit to Estonia highlighted the immense potential of collaboration in advancing e-government services. By sharing insights and best practices, we understand that we share the same main goal—to make strides toward a more accessible, secure, and efficient digital future for citizens.
