The food and beverage industry is tapping into the growing market of midlife women seeking natural relief from perimenopause and menopause symptoms. Functional beverages are leading the charge, with ingredients like collagen, probiotics, and bone broth gaining significant traction. Bone broth, in particular, has seen a remarkable surge in online conversations, touted for its potential benefits in supporting muscle and joint health during this life stage. Confusion in the Hemp-Derived THC space
Nearly 44% of CBD consumers in H1 2024 used hemp-derived THC products. Similarly, 71.3% of hemp THC users used cannabis and 65% used CBD. Despite the high overlap, questions surrounding consumer knowledge highlight how many hemp-derived THC users still have more to learn about the products that they consume. Just over half know Delta 9 is the primary psychoactive component in marijuana plants but over a third are unsure.
