Journey to exploring Vietnam’s biodiversity with 365 Travel

We're excited to introduce our enhanced offerings starting with Ninh Binh, a popular destination just a 2-hour drive south of Hanoi. While Ninh Binh isn't new, our fresh approach combined with local engagement aims to make it an exclusive experience for those seeking new adventures in northern Vietnam.

Experience wildlife conservation efforts firsthand in Cuc Phuong, spot rare animals, and immerse yourself in the care they receive. Take leisurely bike rides through serene forests, breathing in the fresh air.

Making the most of our new ecotourism travel experiences in Northern Vietnam

Van Long Nature Reserve, established in 2001, is a rising destination known for its stunning wetland scenery and the rare Delacour's langur. Spanning over 3,500 hectares, it boasts eleven diverse ecosystems, offering visitors a unique opportunity to observe the critically endangered primate in its natural habitat.

Cuc Phuong National Park, Vietnam's oldest park, was established in 1962 and is renowned for its rich biodiversity. With three wildlife rescue centers, it plays a crucial role in protecting endangered species and preserving Vietnam's wildlife.

Experience Vietnam's pangolin conservation firsthand at the leading rescue center. Hundreds of students from around the world have already seized this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Meet Delacour's langur, a Critically Endangered species in the wild! ?Able to watch these guys is a luxury that money can't buy. But if you're a nature-lover, we understands the langur and knows where and how to look for them.

Accommodation

These experiences typically last one or two days, with accommodation options ranging from local homestay to luxury resorts nearby.

In Cuc Phuong National Park, basic accommodations are available near the tourist center and Ho Mac lake. Those interested in camping can head to the Bong area which is about 20km from the tourist center, known for its vast grassy spaces. Within the core area, guests can experience no electricity, water, or phone signal.

Local homestay are available at both destinations.

Traditional homestays offer a local touch, a rural lifestyle experience, and home-cooked dishes, allowing guests to learn more about the culture.

Luxury resorts provide high-end services and local specialty dining, with travel distances around 2-5km from these destinations.

Customers' highlights

In April, we welcomed a group of history students from New Zealand to Vietnam. They went on a historical tour across Vietnam, visiting the harsh sites of the Vietnam War, such as Hoa Lo Prison, Vinh Moc Tunnels, the 17th Parallel, Cu Chi Tunnels, and My Lai Massacre Village. The students were fortunate to meet and chat with one of the ten survivors from the March 1968 massacre.

It was a journey filled with impactful and emotional experiences for the students, for our tour guide Thomas Nguyen, who shared, "Every time I visit these sites, I can't help but cry," and for the members of 365 Travel. Though the war has passed, its remnants linger throughout Vietnam, serving as a silent yet powerful reminder to future generations of its consequences, fostering a greater appreciation for peace today.

Happy 49th anniversary of the Vietnamese Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2024). We always remember and appreciate the sacrifices made by our forefathers for the peace we enjoy today.
