Explore ProTech Proves Prosperity Can Be Created From Pure Collaboration

Yesterday marked a milestone in Explore ProTech History.

We paid out over R150k to the various profit-share partners on the sales and marketing team for one of our projects.

It was a massive win for everyone. This is money that was created out of literally nothing but pure collaboration and good people working together towards a common good goal. That is the Explore ProTech Dream.

We want to PROVE once and for all that it is possible to generate prosperity from less than nothing. We want to give hope to people that believe that you have to have something, be born with something, or start somewhere in order to be able to make a difference in this world. We want to take them by the hand, show them our ways - and tell them - it isn't so.

You don't need worldly wealth and possessions in order to create real wealth and abundance. It also doesn't just take hard work and resilience and a great attitude - like so many inspirational entrepreneurial gurus preach. It takes access to the right people. It takes working with the right collaborative partners. Strategizing with entrepreneurs who dream as big as you.

It takes a lot of thinking, a lot of coffee, and a lot of talking about everything under the sun other than business. It takes finding those people that you can actually trust - that actually have your back - that actually want you to succeed.

It takes being able to be vulnerable and feel vulnerable and still get up and still keep going and still invest in your relationships. It takes developing relationships with the right people to the point where you are able to be yourself with them - where they are comfortable supporting you in your vulnerability.

It takes more than I realized - to be honest. In the beginning, I thought hard work, never stopping to learn, never giving up and some ingenuity and access to the right education would make it happen. That's not all it takes. It takes so much more. Lucky for me, we've been working our butts off building the 'so much more.'

In the past three years, I've had more coffee, talked more nonsense, and been more frustrated than ever before. I've reminded myself countless times of why it's so much easier to do things alone. I've felt awkward and shy and weird when I have to show up vulnerable in my relationships - and that's before feeling even more awkward and shy and weird when those people actually embrace my vulnerability and care about me while I'm down.

It takes so much more than I bargained for. But yesterday, well yesterday I was reminded of the Explore ProTech Dream. I was reminded of how important it is to me to be able to demonstrate to every single person out there that there are no excuses, there is nothing holding us back, and everything we dream of we can work into reality - when we work with the right people in the right way for the right reasons.

And yesterday I received validation that this message is actually true - in a big way. I mean, we've had promising indications before, but nothing like this. This is huge. And the checks we paid out yesterday are not even the last for the project - there's still more to go to the coaching and admin support staff. And after that there's still more to come from accessing more markets and more promises made in more relationships.

We've literally proven that the Explore ProTech Dream exists and we continue to prove it every single day.
