”And with Him are the keys of the Ghaib (all that is hidden), none knows them but He. And He knows whatever there is in (or on) the earth and in the sea; not a leaf falls, but he knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of neither the earth nor anything fresh or dry, but is written in a Clear Record.”                       (V-6:59)

Although it is difficult to comprehend the functioning of the universe system for a layman, but it’s alike the nervous system where each cell of the organ is working in rhythmic form. Whenever the person misuse or abuse the heath rules, it loses the order, resulting which a restlessness and suffering felt in the central system. So, in order to get relief, one rushes to doctor, clinician to set the derailed system in order. Therefore, in suffering or unknown causes of derailment one must contact the Creator book for mental healing as He knows better than the human healers.

So, under hardships, human beings are guided to seek mercy and emotional support of the Originator, the best prayer is committed to the Creator through whispering as revealed in V-7:55-56,” Invoke your Lord with humility and in secret. He likes not the aggressors. And do not do mischief on the earth, after it has been set in order, and invoke Him with fear and hope; Surely, Allah's Mercy is (ever) near unto the good-doers.”

As a student of social psychology conducting research on Extremism & Terrorism and Portfolio of a Terrorist (see on drmshoaibshahid.com), I found that interaction seems to be a simple process but is a very complicated process. It leaves deep impact on the participants. Although among all the creatures, human being is superior due to reasoning and conversation or controlling the environment for his purpose, still he has gaps which are filled on personal judgments. It is essential to know that how a person perceives the message to a word differently from the subjective prospects. A communication gap to comprehend a situation based on intentions, predisposition, moods, faith, interest etc make the message cloudy and varies its contents in drawing misconception Zun (assumptions) impact on feelings generated a response in the addressed person.

Even in the daily life text messages, the word meanings vary, simple words like “Love,” “Trust,” “Bond,” “Rapport,” etc. In fact, there are hidden meanings in the words, and figure and ground relationship play a keen role in comprehending them in a given environment. Keeping in view this human phenomenon, I have presented the communication table of my book, Psychological Foundation of the Qur’an Vole-II, to comprehend the innumerable hidden (covert) factors (WHEN< WHERE) which leave an impact (HOW) from the speaker (WHO) on an individual (WHOM).

It is mostly considered that effective communication is based on the speaker (Who) and his method of passing message to the audience (Whom) but its success is based on the feedback of the audience (Whom) who are the target group to get the work done accurately by the speaker (Who). The pillar of success is the response on which the interaction is carried out to meet the output. Mere talking for the sake of talking is addressing a wall or an animal that gaze with a blank face at its master. This is like a person who, wanting to find right path in a darkened space, uses pebble to find the geographical condition by listening to the sound of those pebbles thrown on the ground.                                                                          

It is author’s rough assessment that there might be more than 2000 factors and related sub-factors which need to be addressed in the present circumstances for strict implementation to control this social catastrophic in a targeted community. A realistic analysis with prompt supervision of strict, logical action on monthly monitoring reports for further controlling the hidden factor and exemplary public knowledge can reset the system damaged due to self-oriented human nature. Government forces are tuned to propagate the matter for public satisfaction but indifferent to solve the roots of destruction since they will have nothing to show its importance in the public.

Under the factor WHO, it is a natural phenomenon that an organ of body which is excessively used becomes powerful and dominant. Therefore, biologically and psychologically, human genes are refined over generations in the brain due to its constant application to handle crises under self-survival, whereas the other body organs are reduced in strength over the period of time to face the crisis which is physiological in nature. As everyone is running for his needs and goals in life, so these sick people are at times ignored, even ridiculed, that they are behaving to get unnecessary attention of the concerned family members and friends. Sometimes people develop guilt feelings in crisis like corona, have withdrawal as get over conscious of past sins and involve in excessive prayers. They have misinformation or ignorance about the Divine law as people are tested accordingly to an individual capacity in V-7:42,” But those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and worked righteousness - We tax not any person beyond his scope; such are the dwellers of Paradise. They will abide therein.” So, it is a great question that one should be present, get accurate data or signal by understanding a person before making a response or decision in a social situation. There is no need to be hasty but one must be alert to handle a situation by following the given principles of interaction for fruitful result in each segment of interaction. 

Solution lies in precisely pinpointing the target groups and practically applying this logical formula to meet the goals or resolve the related issues. So, the objective and durable success is dependent on a meaningful self-correction. The purpose of life of each person (Who) depends on his objective (What) of life which can be achieved at the right time When) at the right place (Where) with the right actions (How) as mere talking causes headache or self-made failure. One must be per-conscious to hold his assumptions or self-dispositions prior to applying the reasoning tools as it pollutes the mental process in a rational analysis and decision. Mostly people abuse daily life objects carelessly which lead to mal-functioning. In fact one must be aware of the proper application of this mechanical object on the formula of WWWHWW for its durability. Like a driver when his car is out of order, he seeks the help of expert mechanic who may be equipped with information of each part, model, parts functioning etc.

Mankind is by nature cruel, selfish, aggressive, stubborn, wishful, and possessive, etc. The Qur’an was revealed as the guidelines to pass a peaceful and productive life with fair rights and duties for a homogeneous society. Unfortunately, the wild nature and selfish society turns him evil. It is reminded to mankind in Al-Ankabut V-2:2-7,” Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: "We believe," and will not be tested. And We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allah will certainly make (it) known (the truth of) those who are true, and will certainly make (it) known (the falsehood of) those who are liars, (although Allah knows all that before putting them to test). Or those who do evil deeds think that they can outstrip Us (i.e. escape Our Punishment)? Evil is that which they judge! Whoever hopes for the Meeting with Allah, and then Allah's Term is surely coming. and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Know-er. And whosoever strives, he strives only for himself. Verily, Allah is free of all wants from the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns, and all that exists). Those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah (Monotheism) and in Messenger Muhammad), and do not apostate because of the harm they receive from the polytheists], and do righteous good deeds, surely, We shall remit from them their evil deeds and shall reward them according to the best of that which they used to do.”                                         

Main target of research in a social crisis is to clinical diagnose the mind set (Who) and the process (How) by (Whom) inclinations, he coverts (When) from a normal person to be a corona versed person in a society (Where) of great health-conscious values. In global crisis human being gets easily disappointed in sufferings; facts are narrated to learn the nature, presented in V-41:49-51,”Man (the disbeliever) does not get tired of asking good (things from Allah), but if an evil touches him, then he gives up all hope and is lost in despair. And truly, if We give him a taste of mercy from us, after some adversity (severe poverty or disease, etc.) has touched him, he is sure to say: "This is for me (due to my merit); I think not that the Hour will be established. But if I am brought back to my Lord, Surely, there will be for me the best (wealth, etc.) with Him. Then, We verily, will show to the disbelievers what they have done and We shall make them taste a severe torment. And when We show favor to man, he withdraws and turns away, but when evil touches him, then he has recourse to long supplications.”

Mostly, human policies fail because of the indifferent involvement particularly in the slum areas as “Wearers know where the shoe pinches.” Blaming game is excuses and nothing else. Without mass awareness about social and physical values, all attempts are the just face saving as like a criminal or terrorist emerges within a society while protecting them in the process of facing the price of his crimes.
