In this week's interview, we are featuring two distinguished guests from academia and industry to share their perspectives and experiences with authentic leadership!

Dr. Lisa Ordó?ez has been Dean of University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management since September 2019, leading its growth and securing nearly $20M in funding. Named 2022 Business Woman of the Year by the San Diego Business Journal, Dr. Ordó?ez is a recognized expert in ethical behavior in organizations, while she serves on multiple boards and frequently presents on EDI, leadership, and goal-setting.

Nana Tseng is Chief Procurement Officer and VP of External Manufacturing Operations at 安森美半导体 , where she oversees procurement strategy and manages multibillion-dollar spending across the supply chain. Before Onsemi, she was VP of Sales at Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE). Nana holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a degree from UC Berkeley. She is active in her community, serving on several advisory boards and as Chair of Monte Jade West Science & Technology Association .

O.P. Founder and CEO, Helen Wang talks building trust and fostering long-term success with the two professionals, highlighting the strength that comes from a leader who is true to themselves. The speakers additionally dive into topics like balancing flexibility with consistency in leadership, maintaining psychological safety within teams, and the evolving role of leadership in modern organizations!
