EXPLORATION WITH PRODUCTION New smart entry play on mineral resources.

Recently a newcomer to alluvial/elluvial gold mining popped in for a coffee. He wanted to get into recovering free gravity recoverable gold from  a site. He had no idea of the recoverable g/tonne or the nature of the gold besides observations on site of gold recovered by the artisanal’s at hand.

He was wanting to kick straight into a 100 t/hour plant. Our strong advice to him was to get out to the site with a small enough plant to give good indication of what one would recover at larger scale.

It makes sense to do some “exploration with production” before pushing buttons on all the hardware required to put in a full-scale plant. The RG30 gravity gold recovery washing plant, has proved up many a resource, in many instances saved the eager miner a lot of time, effort and money.

Rated at feed of rubble (loose matrix and rock) of 2 to 3 t/hr in field the RG30 comes in various models, stand alone, trailer mount with our popular efficient GoldKacha concentrator. The RG30 scrubber will need a 15 to 20KVA generator to run it and comes with internal water pumping and electrical cabling. Etc. So literally find your resource, provide raw water and plug and play. 

Besides targeting gravity gold in the loose matrix a small crush grind option can be set up as seen above alongside the scrubber if so required to compliment complete exploration with production in field on hard rock.
