In explanation of a tweak
When you change the title of your LinkedIn profile, energy pulses leap across the LI nervous system, dynamos switch on deep within the Rockies and electrons flow freely through the web, dark and light.
Yes it is true. I tweaked my job title.
I added REALTOR? to my existing title.
Here's how it happened. I've been working in real estate management since the beginning of 2020. Initially, I was under the impression that one needed to be blonde and beautiful to be real estate agent. But as it turns out - just being beautiful is enough. So I took 180 hours of real estate classes from March to May. I passed the licensing exams in June. I learned later that most people need a couple tries to pass this difficult-but-doable examination. I was humbled by this news, and only preen and strut every other Thursday.
Licensing qualified me to apply to become a REALTOR? That bold designation officially happened July 2. I've been showing properties across the Concho Valley of Texas - at least from Ballinger to Christoval and across San Angelo - since then.
I am available to represent home buyers - or home sellers - here locally and in the area. I also have linked up folks moving from Texas to Realtor friends in Colorado, and can do so nationwide.
I'm also more than willing to give sage (or parsley) advice to anyone thinking of the same pathway. Just remember - be beautiful and you're half way there.
