The accuracy of machining is mainly reflected in the following aspects: scale accuracy, a few shape accuracy and mutual azimuth accuracy. Among them, a few shape accuracy includes roundness, straightness and flatness, and mutual azimuth accuracy includes parallelism, straightness and coaxiality.

Content 3: what are the methods to obtain machining accuracy?

Scale accuracy: there are mainly trial cutting method, adjustment method, scaling method and automatic control method.

A few shape accuracy: there are mainly orbit method, forming method and expansion method.

Mutual orientation accuracy: there are mainly direct installation method, alignment installation method and fixture installation method.
