Explaining Strategy

The Strategy is not simple. To manage it, we need a simplifying model. What to include in such a model of our Strategy, and what to exclude from it? This LIVE, online course provides a practice-based answer to this question.

Although I have an engineering formation, I have dedicated my past 15 years to the challenge of connecting the dots of Strategy's relevant concepts, theories, and best practices for putting together the solutions that make sense to real people in real organizations.

For years I have published, mostly here on LinkedIn, hundreds of Strategy-related posts and dozens of articles. You might have read some of them. Sometimes people ask me when will I gather all this content and put it into a book, or pack it into an online course. The book I have started writing around two years ago. It reached over 600 pages and the editors advised that it's to 'heavy', so I had to reassemble the content into two books that are now in various editorial stages. With a little bit of luck, the'll arrive on bookshelves next year.

The online course is ready, as well. It is titled Explaining Strategy going to be delivered live for the first time between Jan 10, 2024 and Feb 9, with a Kick-off session, four Course Sessions, and four Practice Sessions supported by the dedicated StrategyGlue web application.
