Experts aren’t the only ones with ideas and capabilities.

Every expert started as a non-expert.

Every expert was given a chance by someone who didn’t insist on "experts only."

Not everyone in the room should be an expert.

We need more people who ask, "Sorry to ask a stupid question, but..."

These questions aren’t stupid.

You’re thinking differently because you don’t know the limits the experts have.

You don’t know the boundaries, how long things take, or if something is possible.

And that’s because you’re not the expert.
