Expert Thinking Shortlisted for the 2024 Cloud Excellence Awards!
We are thrilled to announce that Expert Thinking has been shortlisted for the Cloud Excellence Awards 2024 from Computing magazine for Best Cloud Project (Tech Sector).
The award submission focused on a project where we collaborated with a Fortune 500 customer to develop, build, and support a business critical global Cloud Native Platform (CNP) on Azure, utilising Kubernetes, GitHub and Delphix.
This best-in-class platform is transforming the way this Fortune 500 company operates, spanning Platform Engineering, DevEx, DevSecOps and Agile practices.

Ben Fry's Journey: From Tech Enthusiast to Award-Winning Cloud Consultant
Off the back of winning the Business Awards UK Best Use of Cloud Technology Award, our Co-founder and Managing Director Ben Fry recently shared his journey. From an early interest in technology inspired by his father to establishing a successful cloud technology consultancy, Ben's path has been anything but conventional.
Transitioning from hands-on programming to roles in sales and consulting, Ben combined his technical skills with business acumen. Despite early business setbacks, he found his niche in consulting sales by leveraging his deep technical knowledge.
He emphasises the importance of building a talented and passionate team, maintaining a company culture free of politics, and focusing on delivering significant customer benefits through cloud technology.
