The Comelit VIP system is a true IP end to end intercom system. The apartment receivers provided at 35 Spring Street are the Comelit Icona series with touch screen technology and high resolution 4.3" LCD screen (product image above).
The entry panel is the Comelit 3one6 Touch series with 8" vandal resistant touch screen and full IP capabilities (product image above). Visitors can call residents via the touch screen by entering the apartment number. This panel also has the ability to utilise a building resident directory to call residents. It should also be noted that this panel offers a selection of multiple languages to accommodate international visitors or guests.
