Expert Security adds Australia 108 tower to portfolio of high-rise developments.

Expert Security is proud to include the impressive Australia 108 tower in our list of projects currently underway. Once completed in 2020, Australia 108 will become the tallest building in Australia (by roof height) surpassing the Eureka Tower.

Construction, awarded to Multiplex, is nearing the 50% mark of the eventual 317 meter tower height. The development will consist of 1105 apartments spread across 100 floors.

Situated on the corner of City Road and Southbank Boulevard in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Australia 108 offers its residents luxury living in the heart of Melbourne city.

The curvaceous design of the tower is highlighted by a golden “starburst” located on levels 69 through to 71, which was inspired by the Commonwealth Star on the Australian flag and will contain the resident facilities.
