The expert was once a beginner

The expert was once a beginner

No one is born an expert in anything but eating, sleeping, and pooping. To become good at anything, it takes a lot of practice. All babies are really bad at walking at first. All babies are really bad at talking. Nobody learns how to read in one sitting, or rides a bike perfectly the first time. You have to do something over and over in order to get good at it, and over and over a lot to master it. So this saying is true.

If you want to stay motivated 24×7 You should have a purpose like this in your life. The people who have problems like this in their life they become more determined towards the goals. They achieve great success by staying motivated 24×7 in their life. They are the game changers. The most important thing is that you can not stay motivated 24×7 by listening to some one or by watching something on Internet.

So, to stay motivated 24×7, You should have a purpose in your life. Sometimes, it comes automatically in your life or sometimes you create that purpose. If you don't have any purpose in your life, congratulations! You are wasting your time by being on social media or by watching some videos on YouTube and helping some one to become famous and rich. I know people who have problems like this in their life go through a very painful situation, I have gone through this pain in my life(pain of losing your most loved one after putting your everything to save them and many more).

Now I see people of my age (even older than me) are crying for small things(breakups, hot climates, someone missed their birthday and many more bullshits). But you have no idea how strong I have become because of those situations and how they have helped in achieving my goals. The best example I can think of is Cycling. In the initial stages, there's balance wheels to aid, falling numerous times, losing control, and even forgetting (or rather not knowing) when to turn the handle, keeping the handle straight, etc.

But when one learns riding, it's easy to innovate. Riding while talking/texting, enjoying the scenery around or simply riding with only one hand on the handle, taking sharp turns or even some simple stunts such as wheelies become usual stuffs. It's common with learning any other vehicle too, but cycling is the most common so that's the example I thought of and that's the only vehicle allowed in our campus for students!

In fact in life there is nothing like an easy way! For everything there is a process, just like growing a tree! First you sow the seed and then water it regularly until it grows to be a plant and then a tree to produce the desire fruit! This process is applicable for almost anything. Beware of those you promise success in a short time or with little effort, which is like saying that you sow a seed today and pluck the fruit within a week!

Start with a Smart goal. You should always have a specific goal that is driving you to succeed. When you have a goal you’re working towards, everything you do in your daily life has a greater sense of purpose. Make sure your goal is specific. For example, don’t just say that you want to get a job, be fit, have a large salary; instead, say you want to get a job offer for a job title you want that pays an annual salary of [insert amount you believe is fair given your skills and experience] so that you can develop some specific skills you have as well as those you’re working towards.

To help you focus on your goal, start each day with the question: What is the one thing I am committed to completing today? This question forces you to prioritize, helps your brain focus better, and streamlines the work you need to do on that particular day, so that you don't feel overwhelmed with making too many choices and instead you are free to focus on what’s most important to you.

Develop a strategy. Goals are important, but so is developing your strategy. While you are focusing on what you want to do right now, always keep your eye on at least two steps ahead. Consider different avenues and approaches you may need to take to get you closer to your goal. Don’t focus on achieving short-term success you will feel today; instead, consider the benefits of your actions in the long run.

Don’t think only of who you are right now, at this stage of your life; instead, think of who you want to be in 10 years. By being strategic you will empower yourself to achieve long term results that your future self can benefit from. Master the environment. In order to be successful at anything, you need to master the essentials, i.e. you need to know the environment in which you want to achieve mastery.

You should have a firm grasp of the field or industry you want to be successful in. There’s a lot of research you can do to make sure that you do. Research the ecosystem, the major players, books, websites, and other resources that will help you understand the environment, industry, or subject better. You should follow what successful people are doing in your field. For example, do you know what makes them different, can you see what they all have in common? By identifying patterns in behaviors of others, it becomes easier to emulate them and develop successful traits in ourselves.

Acquire the skills you need to succeed. It’s impossible to be successful without a required skill set in your field of work, regardless of whether it’s studying for a degree, being a software developer, training for a marathon, or getting fantastically fit. First, you need to identify which skills are necessary for you to succeed in doing your job. Second, you should work on developing your skills; not one, not two, but all of them. And third, you should keep practicing each skill consistently. Doing your deep work is essential in mastering the skills you’ll need to get more proactive.

As you’re working towards achieving your goals, there are different ways to respond to your environment and what’s happening around you. Asking yourself a few questions can help: Do you often find yourself being in reactive mode when people’s actions affect you, or perhaps you’re worried or preoccupied with what they’re doing? Are you proactive in how you can help others by doing something to help solve a problem they have? The more proactive you are in your efforts, the better you will succeed at what you do.

Do you learn from events happening around you? Do you listen first, and act later? Find out what you can do to help. Be humble. Always stay in learning mode. Find an original solution to a problem. Success isn’t necessarily repeating what successful people do. It’s your unique contribution, your own spin on things, that will make a difference. These questions can help you you gain a better understanding of what can set you apart from others and give you a greater chance at success: What makes your work great? How is it unique? Which problem have you solved that can benefit other people? Which skills can you improve so that over time you can positively impact your field of work? Cheers!
