Jagadamba is a seasoned HR professional with extensive expertise in Talent Acquisition. Her versatile leadership spans various industries, including Services, E-commerce, Product, Retail, Consulting, and Fintech. She has contributed to prominent organizations such as Aztec, Igate, Target, Flipkart, PwC, HGS, Diageo, and Perfios.

Her experience encompasses scaling resources within Centers of Excellence (COE) and business teams such as Data Warehousing, SAP, Cybersecurity, FP&A, and Workplace COE. She has also played pivotal roles in scaling startups and mid-sized organizations from 0 to over 2,000 employees.

With two decades of experience, Jagadamba has managed campus, lateral, and leadership hiring. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing various ATS tools, including Workday, SAP, Greenhouse, Taleo, BrassRing, and Darwinbox. Leading teams to effectively use these tools and drive analytics, she has consistently contributed to team management, mentoring, and participating in Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR initiatives.
