Experiencing Europe - continued success and positive feedback

Just a little recap: most of you know, that we have started our CSR Pilot Project, "We l.o.v.e. Europe" in 3 waves, with 32 participants, hosting internships in 11 countries in 2017.
Early 2018 in cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency, we have successfully launched the overarching 'Experiencing Europe Initiative'. The program is now steered by a central office (Caritas) and we successfully managed to engage additional 7 companies within the initiative (Deutz, Schmitz Cargobull, Oliver Wyman, Thomas Cook, Schaeffler, Vapiano and DHL).
Just this weekend, the second wave of 'Experiencing Europe participants' 2018 returned and the feedback is overwhelming:
"This project has been great. It is a unique experience and I am very happy that I was given this opportunity. The travel between countries has been a true adventure, but I am confident, that Florian and I made it together" - Rosalie Rieder
"My initial expectations towards this internship have been more than overachieved! I can only recommend future participants to grasp this opportunity and collect such experiences abroad. From my perception this project has been a true success and I hope that you and your colleagues will have the same idea!" - Ramon Dizon
At the end of the day, I know that this has been a great deal of effort and dedicated heads and hearts throughout our organization - and, for me, such feedback is the greatest reward! I personally find this extremely encouraging! Despite any hurdles along the way, this tells me we are on the right track and I am keen to continue!
There will be a third wave of internships at the end of this year: 19th November - 14th December 2018 - and if you are interested to take part in this great project, please visit our "We l.o.v.e. Europe" page:
