Experiences Wrap Up

As we continue into 2024 and look for new ways to Live It for our teams and residents, we’re taking a little look back at our incredible Experiences events last year. Each one was created to foster a sense of community and create moments that resonate with the foundation of what makes Hawthorne special.

Spreading Kindness:

Our year kicked off with Kindness Week, a testament to the warmth found in our community. From random acts of kindness to thoughtful gestures, it was amazing to see the genuine care and compassion that defines the spirit of Hawthorne in action. Our teams really stepped up in special and creative ways to make residents feel valued. These moments brightened individual days and strengthened the bonds that tie us together.

Pool Party:

We kicked off the summer season with a splash! Many of our communities threw a Pool Party Experiences event that captured the vibrancy and joy of Hawthorne. It was the perfect way to cool off, unwind, and create memories with friends, family, and neighbors. Each team that participated brought their own special spin to the party, revealing just how much dedication and creativity we have here! It was a day that reinforced the idea that Hawthorne is not just a place to live but a space to thrive.

Fall Fest:

Transitioning into autumn, we celebrated the changing seasons with Fall Fest. Against a backdrop of colorful leaves and festive decorations, our communities came together to enjoy the seasonal celebration. From pumpkin painting to s’mores bars, it was a great reminder of the importance of community and sharing unforgettable experiences.

Holiday Party:

Closing the year on a high note, our Christmas Holiday Party was an event filled with festive cheer, twinkling lights, and the spirit of the season. Our participating communities turned into winter wonderlands filled with themed games, food, and activities for everyone to enjoy. The spirit of the season was strong and seeing so many happy faces was inspiring. It was a strong finish to an incredible lineup of Experiences!

The Experiences Program:

At Hawthorne, the Experiences program was founded with a simple but powerful mission - to set us apart as a community that goes above and beyond for others. It was created to make Hawthorne not just a place to live but a place to call home, filled with moments and memories that residents can cherish. Experiences has become the heartbeat of our all that we do here. From the small acts of kindness to the huge celebrations, these experiences underscore our commitment to making Hawthorne a great place to live, where each resident feels valued, connected, and at home.
