Experiences from special anti-corruption courts in Indonesia, the Philippines, Slovakia and Uganda

In four country case studies, Matthew Stephenson and I discuss the courts’ design and whether they have lived up to the expectations that led to their establishment. We draw lessons for their particular country context, but also specialisation of courts more generally. Find the case studies here: https://www.u4.no/themes/justice-sector/

Comparative analysis on more special anti-corruption courts around the world will follow.
