??Chances are there that you are going to the gym for more than 2 years and considering yourself an advanced lifter.


??By looking at the data I can say with 90 percent probability that you may be wrong.


??whether you are advanced are novice is not defined by the time you spent in the gym, but rather by your level of strength.

??to counter the argument of time let me ask you a question. What would you call a person who was construction labor before starting the gym and pulled 150 kg deadlift on the first day?


??Most people start as a novice and remain a novice throughout the time they lift. Which I call an Experienced Novice



??reason for that is very simple “Not progressively overloading and instead of trying to find some magical exercise which will build 25 inches biceps in 2 months”
