We are seeking to expand our talent pool with?experienced?staff to work at major Sydney venues, High-end Caterers, 5 Star Hotels, Restaurants, Corporate firms, Aged Care, Hospitals, Schools and Industrial Kitchens.

Previous experience is essential due to the nature of being employed by an agency and working with external clients.

What you need

• Minimum 6 months experience as a?cocktail maker?or?qualified Barista
• Previous experience as a waitress, food & beverage attendant, food runner, function, banquet, fine-dining or a la carte waitstaff.
• RSA (Interstate RSA temporarily accepted).
• Immaculate and professional grooming.
• Customer service focused.
• Wine knowledge, bar & barista skills favoured.
• A “Can do” attitude.
