Well, that's already here, in the form of a unique score that captures real-time performance, updated every 15 minutes. But it's not just a score; it's a heartbeat, a reflection of human potential, waiting to be realized.

The Power of Immediate Empathy

We've all been in situations where we wished for immediate support from our managers or colleagues. This real-time approach allows us to do just that—provide immediate, empathetic intervention before small challenges escalate into bigger problems. Now that's what I call "Care For Me" and "Value Me" in action.
