Christine is a Palliative Medicine Social Worker, Family Caregiver Advocate, Specialized Grief Counselor, and a Certified Grief Yoga Teacher. She is privileged and impassioned by the opportunity to guide and support patients, their family caregivers, and healthcare colleagues through integrative, reflective meaning-centered work.
In this episode, Christine will share her insights on the relationship between the grieving process and the practice of yoga.
