11:30 AM Begin with a Sound Bath Meditation to align and rejuvenate your spirit setting a harmonious tone for the day. (We provide Everything)

Potluck at 1 PM:

For those who prefer a social start you're welcome to join our community potluck at 1 PM. It's a perfect opportunity to share delicious food stories and connect with others on their wellness journey. (Bring something to share- have a toaster oven, fridge microwave hot water)

Vision Board Class at 2 PM:

If you're interested in deepening your understanding to goal setting & manifestation our enlightening class by Sheri Kaplan begins at 2 PM on manifesting goals creating your vision and using the bagua for designing your board followed by the **Vision Board Workshop. This is where you can visually manifest your dreams and set intentions for your path forward. All Supplies Provided.
