Expense or Investment?

How our take on what we do is an expense or investment will have a major impact on the results achieved. Those that see it as an expense will often pull against the experience, have a glass half full approach and not fully commit. However those that see it as an investment fully embrace what is being offered, both in terms of time and money and 'hey presto' their results show a major positive difference and they generally feel like they got real value. I know which I would rather be.
