Expectations from Budget 2018 -not much

Budget preparations start in October . Pre Budget memorandum are submitted by Associations and Chambers Of Commerce during December . Budget is ready in January beginning .

I find it funny that in last week of January people start expressing their wishes from Budget on TV /print media .

Prime Minister message from Devos has indication that do not expect much .Let us see what we are getting in Health Insurance ,which is the need of crores of persons .
