Expansive Leadership Event Recap

Hi there! It's Emma Celou, your spiritually-oriented Leadership Coach! I recently hosted an online leadership development workshop, "Expansive Leadership" to help leaders harness their spirituality within their leadership roles. When we lead from our higher selves, we are more aligned and have more creativity, purpose, and intention. As a leadership coach, I have noticed that even seemingly simple problems have deeper roots, and often the most empowering solution comes from a spiritual place. I like to draw my guidance from multiple sources across various religions. As the ancient Hindu text states,

“The truth is one, the wise call it by many names.” - Rig Veda

Every religion seeks truth and ultimately seeks to answer the questions about the complexity of our existence. In the workshop, I emphasized two main themes that are common across many religions, which are:

1. We are all connected. We are connected to each other, to ourselves, and to the divine.
2. We are all divine. Not only are we connected to the divine, but the divine exists within us.

I encourage you to reflect on these two simple yet profound truths. Ponder the following leadership development questions:
